Newly renovated 2 Bedroom South Seas Tower 3 Crescent Beach

Welcome to our island paradise. Enjoy incredible unobstructed views of Marco’s crescent beach from our completely renovated (2023) condominium at South Seas Tower 3 Unit 1107. Features include new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, glass subway tile backsplash, recessed lighting and all the quality cookware and essentials. Large flat screen smart TVs in living room and each bedroom. Brand new furnishings throughout, including luxurious, comfortable mattresses and bedding. Stunning gulf views from every room, each with access to the large balcony ideal to entertain, watch magnificent sunrises and sunsets, sunbathe, or just simply relax. South Seas is the only community on Marco Island offering beach and bay access with BOAT SLIPS available for lease. Beautiful manicured landscaped grounds and fabulous amenities including pool, tennis and pickleball courts, bike storage, exercise room, shuffleboard, putting green, bocce ball, barbecue-picnic area and on-site management. All this in a centrally located gated community close to shops and restaurants. And a walk right out to the BEACH!!

Registration is required for all guests of South Seas. The fee is $100 and includes parking for one car for the length of your stay. Additional cars will pay an additional fee. This fee is not included in the VRBO payments, it is paid directly by the guest at check in with the management office.

This by far was the nicest condo we have stayed in at South Seas and this was our 4th year. The kitchen was fully eqipped with everything and then some. Beautiful renovations, extremely clean, and the host added wonderful extras like makeup towels for women and phone chargers in each bedroom! Host was wonderful, very responsive and we can't wait to stay here again next year!!!

Perfect peaceful getaway

We had an amazing stay at this property. It was very clean, modern, and had all kinds of special touches like popcorn and a full array of toiletries. Owner provided beach chairs and A WAGON to haul with, which was amazing. Despite traveling during the height of Spring Break, Marco was still tranquil and quiet. We could easily find a spot at pool or beach and never had to wait on a table. Will definitely be back.

Spring Break

This condo is absolutely perfect. We have rented many places on Marco for over 15 years and this place was this first to be exactly what the pictures showed and in pristine condition. The little extras like chargers, fully stocked kitchen, and travel amenities if you forgot anything is just great. The condo was extremely clean and views are awesome. Highly recommend this unit, and we will absolutely rent here again. 10 stars!

Beautiful unit. Contained all the basic necessities and then some.

We could not find “our game” on TV. Owner came to the unit and fixed our issue. Beautiful view of crescent beach. Short walk to the beach. Clean. Wonderful kitchen with professional utensils, pots and pans, etc. felt very safe.

Didn’t want to leave!

This condo is a step above others in this building. Have stayed at South Seas quite a few times over the years and this unit is as near perfect as can be. It has all the key attributes … 1) great floor location in the building with beautiful view of south beach, 2) larger balcony with both guest suites having direct access and views (only limited number of units in this building have this feature), 3) newly remodeled with every detail and feature really well designed though out, 4) beautifully decorated with all the finer touches, and 5) this unit comes stocked with so many of the small things I typically have to run to the store to buy (trash bags, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, dish washing pods, etc., etc.). Even check out time is at 11am instead of the typical 10am at other units giving you plenty of time not to be rushed. Really, really great unit that is just so enjoyable to stay in plus a very friendly and attentive owner.

Excellent stay!

Place as advertised- looked so new that it looks like we were the first ones to stay in the condo. Well stocked- they have thought of everything and give plenty of extra supplies! Great view from the patio and heated pool was an added plus. We are already talking about a return trip. 100% recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Stunning!

We visited during June and had a great girls trip week! The condo itself is immaculately clean and updated. The decor is beautiful. Balcony access from the living room as well as both bedrooms made our morning coffee more enjoyable. Four ladies fit comfortably with two bedrooms and two baths while the living/dining/ kitchen area gave us room to spread out for meals or late night movies. Whenever we had a question, the owner Judy responded immediately and was so friendly. She offers recommendations for dinner and drinks, and she leaves a helpful binder to answer any other questions you may have. The floor itself was quiet. We felt very secure during our stay with the various measures the establishment takes from entry codes to doors to actual keys for gates and even a security gate to check vehicles in/out of the subdivision. The beach and pool area are literally outside the building door. Great, relaxing time and my friends and I can’t wait for a return! Thanks Judy!

Absolutely Amazing!

My husband and I had a wonderful time relaxing in this beautiful condo on Marco Island! The views from the 11th floor were amazing. The grounds were immaculate and well secured. We could walk to various restaurants, enjoy time at the beach on the white pristine sand, or lounge by the large refreshing pool. The condo is equipped with everything you need! We look forward to going back!!

Beautiful Stay in South Seas Tower

We loved our stay in the South Seas Tower; it had everything we needed during our stay. I have to start by saying this was one of the nicest and cleanest rentals we have stayed in and one we will return to again. The owner was easy to work with and generously provided laundry soap and other supplies to allow you to relax and enjoy the beautiful view. Beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, beach towels, and a wagon are provided. Just fly in and you will have everything you need for a wonderful stay. We enjoyed breakfast each morning on the balcony, watching the beach prepared for another day in paradise.

Better than described!

My husband and I have stayed at a variety of VRBO properties including houses, condos, duplexes and apartments. This is hands down the nicest of all of them. If I could give 10 stars for cleanliness I would. Not one concern about anything being clean enough from linens to dishes. Even the fridge made me smile. I liked the towels better than mine at home. The water pressure in the showers was perfect. The mattresses were firm which is what we needed. We never heard any neighbors when the doors were shut but we kept them open to the balcony most of the time due to the fresh breeze and view. The wall towards the balcony has huge sliding glass doors in both bedrooms and the living room. They were easily opened and easily locked tight. The kitchen was stocked with great quality products. Didn’t need any of things I packed “just in case.” I did contact the owner with a question and she was super helpful and attentive. The location was just right for us. We like to eat local and found: an awesome coffee place -Wake Up Marco Great Mexican-Margarita’s Ribs-MichaelBob’s and Breakfast at Doreen’s The beach is HUGE. Never felt crowded and we found lots of shells every day. I can’t say enough about this place. We Loved everything about it.
