Great location!

Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, beach chairs and towels available for use. Pool area allowed for sun and shade. The house is in a great location accessible to many restaurants.

Lovely property in great location

We have stayed a number of times in private rentals in Marco before but mostly on the waterways. Although this one isn't, it's only a 10min walk from the beautiful expansive beach and that was a real treat. The home was ideal for just the 2 of us and fully stocked for all our needs including bicycles, Communication with the owner was excellent especially in light of the aftermath of Hurricane Ian and travelling from the uk. A great holiday home!

Close to beach

Communication with the owner was very good and prompt. The managing company I had a bit of trouble because they couldn’t send me a proper invoice despite me having a 45 minute long distance call. Very clean place - great for us because of our allergies. It was nice to have extras such as baggies for our sandwiches etc This was a great location! Pool is very small but when that close to the beach doesn’t matter. Very nice screened in deck with abundant seating

Well equipped, clean, close to beach, great communication

My family of six, ranging in ages 8 to 87 spent a week at this property in April. Check in was super easy, great communication from owner. This property is very well equipped with everything you need for a week at the beach. It’s in the middle of two public beach access points for Marco south beach- both are walkable and the street dead ends into public beach parking if you have people who have issues walking. The property has a number of bikes, beach toys, boogie boards, 2 beach carts, chairs, and beach umbrellas. It was clean and had cleaning supplies, a grill, and anything you need to make meals. Also very close and walkable to a number of nice restaurants. Can’t say anything bad about this rental. We had a lovely time.

Great home close to awesome public beach

Perfect house for our group of 3 and could have easily handled a couple more. property manager was extremely responsive when we arrived and the water was not on. Driving/parking can be tough on Marco so we were thrilled that this house is only a couple blocks' walk to a beautiful public beach. House came equipped w/ everything you need for a fun day in the sun - including bikes & beach chairs. Enjoy!

CLEAN!!!

This was the cleanest rental property! I'm used to having to wash everything in the kitchen upon arrival, but this was incredibly clean. The space is open and welcoming. The pool was just the right size for my three little boys. Beds were comfortable. The owner is available and very kind. The only thing I would have preferred would be a king size bed in the master bedroom. Otherwise, the house was perfect!

Marco Island Retreat

This is a great house in a great area of South Marco. Walk or ride to the beach is short and through a neighborhood. The pool and porch area were great. All the amenities were there including a nice Christmas tree that the owner kindly made available to us so we could celebrate Christmas with a tree away from home. Highly Recommend.

Great home and close to the beach

This house was perfect for our family vacation. We had no issues during our stay. The house is within walking distance to two public beach accesses and the garage had everything we needed for the beach (chairs, umbrella, toys, towels, etc.). The pool is on the smaller side, but it was fine for our family and with two small toddlers. Home was very clean and well maintained. Owner is available to contact with questions and checked in with us multiple times to make sure our stay was going well. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay here and would chose to stay again. I would highly recommend this property.

Nice clean home. So close to the beach access!

The owner is very responsive and we just love the neighborhood where this home sits. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, bars, ice cream and movie theatre. Really don’t need a car! Uber to the grocery store. Or A OK taxi will take you to many restaurants for free! The home is clean and well taken care of. Will definitely return! LOVE IT!

Perfect Location and House

This house was perfect for my family for a week vacation in April. Plenary of room for my wife and 4 children. The location is perfect to walk everywhere. There is a public beach one block to to the south and 1.5 blocks to the north. The owner provided chairs, umbrellas, buckets, floats, and a cart to put everything in. The house is also a short walk to a lot of really good restaurants (Marco Prime, Davinci, La Tavola), ice cream (Bebee), and miniature golf. The house had everything you could need. The pool is on the small side, but perfect for little kids or for floating and soaking up the sun. I’d highly recommend this home for someone looking to stay in Marco, but not in the chaos of one of the high rise hotels.

From booking through check-out the process was seamless. The house was a great fit for 6 adults and an infant. Not too far of a walk to restaurants or the beach, would definitely choose this place again on a return trip to Marco Island!

Good, clean home in a great location!

To begin with, we were struggling to find a home that allowed us to stay less than 1 week. Having been to Marco Island before, and also renting other vacation homes throughout the US, we're very well aware of the fact that many homes require at least a 1-week minimum. We were extremely thankful to find a home that allowed us to stay for 5-nights. With that being said, I was somewhat concerned with what kind of condition the house would be in, based on the flexibility. Let me tell you, there's no need to worry about the condition of this home. It's very clean and very well kept. Everything you would need is available to you. When going to the store...all you really need is food, a few garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, maybe some soap, laundry detergent/fabric softener(only if you're picky like me...otherwise there were several choices on hand already at the home), and perhaps some baggies/Glad Wrap. The house is in a fantastic location...even walkable to a few stores and restaurants. Tom, the homeowner, is VERY easy to reach and is/was extremely helpful to us. If I were to complain about anything (and I sincerely feel that "complain" is too strong of a word), I would say that the pool is pretty small. My children are avid swimmers so they were disappointed. Although to be honest, that was forgotten once they hopped in and started playing. Also, the fan in the master bedroom makes an odd clicking sound. Not a big deal... There is an oscillating fan available that can be used for white noise. Just be aware. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely rent the home again given the opportunity. Thank you for all of your help, Tom!!!

Comfortable House with GREAT location!

My husband and I met our two grown sons, daughter-in-law and grandson here for a ten day Christmas vacation and had a wonderful time. The house was clean and comfortable and the owners were friendly and very helpful. The pool is on the small side but was adequate for our needs. We would definitely stay here again, the location is PERFECT! We had stayed on Marco Island before but wanted to be within walking distance to the beach this time so we could come and go as we each wanted. This house is two blocks down and one block in from the beach access. A short walk in the other direction gets you to shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood is nice and relatively quiet (by relatively quiet I mean that sitting outside playing cards in the evenings or playing in the pool in the afternoon we occasionally could hear our neighbors enjoying the same - but nothing bothersome). Overall, this is a clean, ordinary house in a great location that we were happy to spend ten days in. If this house is available for your dates and you're looking for a comfortable place to relax with easy access to beach and restaurants don't hesitate.

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home with many amenities made our vacation very relaxing and enjoyable! This home was an excellent location to the beautiful beach and within walking distance to many restaurants, movies and ice cream! The owner was very accommodating and attentive to make our stay comfortable! Would definitely come back!
