The guest bedroom also has a king-sized bed, perfect for two couples to have their own space. Both bathrooms have single vanities and tub/shower combinations.

This condo is located in a beautifully landscaped gated community with a fitness facility, tennis courts, and a large heated pool.

Rental is located on the 11th Floor.
Sleeps 4 Comfortably but can sleep 5 if needed.

Parking notes: The Building requires guests to purchase a Parking Pass to get onto and off Property. The fee is $100.00 and cannot be paid by Vacasa. Parking Kiosk next to elevator banks.

The guest must pay this when they register at the gate. Guests are guaranteed 1 parking pass but may be able to purchase an additional pass at registration. There is also guest parking, but anything after the 1st pass is First-come, first-serve.
