Great Location/Needs Maintenance
The condo was nice but it could use a maintenance. The cord to the vertical blinds in the master bedroom was broken and provided a dangerous, blatant tripping hazard. The screen doors from the main living space to the balcony were ripped and broken. Luckily bugs were not an issue so we didn’t use the screen doors like we normally would. The ice maker on the freezer was broken (so no ice if you wanted a cold drink). Check in was horrible. We were called by the management company on the day of check in and told to pick up keys at an address not on the property (they would leave the keys in the mailbox). There were no keys in the mailbox and apparently the information was for another tenant but relayed to us. They caught their mistake in time to let us know but failed to communicate the new plan. We didn’t have access to the building and the keys had been left in the unlocked unit.When we couldn’t get in to the main building at 9pm and were just standing outside, we called the property manager and were told to just wait until someone came in or out. Nobody was coming in or out and it was frustrating. After 20 minutes of waiting, someone trustingly let us in. The premises were average, the view was lovely. If you don’t like a big building/condo feel, this isn’t the place for you. When we left, I forgot a drawer with my makeup. The property manager was kind enough to send my things to my home. Unfortunately, despite the goodwill, all my expensive makeup was missing.
