  • Solig, rymlig 2300 kvm 3 bädd (kung, drottning och 2 tvillingar) 2. 5 badrum, hem på kanalen w / massor av dockning för båt och direkt tillgång till öppet vatten. Fishermans drömplats endast 15 minuter till viken. Fullt fylld med alla bekvämligheter i hemmet. Njut av att använda cyklar, strandvagn, stolar, parasoller och flera strandleksaker och spel tillgängliga för våra gäster. Lätt 20 minuters promenad till Tiger Tail Beach Park. Hemmet har vackert uppvärmt, travertin poolområde med grill och gott om uteserveringar för att underhålla. Alla rum är utrustade med smarta TV-apparater. Designer master bad waker / badkar bad renoverat september 2017. Hemmet har också kabel och höghastighets wifi, tvättmaskin / torktumlare och öppen spis. Husdjur beaktas. En extra, icke återbetalningsbar avgift på $ 100 kommer att läggas till för godkända husdjur. Depositionen kan ökas. Husdjur måste förhandsgodkännas av ägaren. Gäster kommer att offra hela $ 500 deposition för att ta med ej godkända husdjur. Hem övervakas av handyman.

Fabulous Marco Island Home

This home was perfect for our Marco Island stay. The heated pool was a favorite spot for the family to gather. The location provided easy access to restaurants, beaches, and local activities. This well-stocked, clean, and beautifully decorated home had everything we needed!

This place felt like a home away from home. It was cozy, had everything we needed, and was clean. If you like fishing, the lagoon and dock were great. We caught sea trout, snapper, and catfish, and saw black drum, sheepshead, jellyfish, starfish, and more. If you prefer the beach, the Gulf is just a mile away and easy to reach by bike, which are provided. Once there, you can reach the water with a short walk on the sand or a quicker walk through the lagoon. The pool was fun too. We didn’t use the kayaks, but two are available. There is a lot to do nearby such as dog parks, walking paths, restaurants, and shopping. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this place to others. Kelly was very responsive from booking through check-out.  Thanks, Kelly, for allowing us to stay in your home.

The house was in a great location. Very clean and well stocked. Great fishing in the canal. Pool was clean and the perfect temprature. The best property I have stayed at in Florida so far.

Excellent property

We really enjoyed this home. It was quite clean; my wife thought it was the cleanest rental we've ever had. The canal location is great as well. The place was very well equipped. We used the bikes, and found the kitchen to be exceptionally well stocked. The owners helped us find some great restaurants on the island too. It was a great stay in every way.

Great time!

The house is a perfect fit for our family and dog. The neighborhood is beautiful with plenty of little owls to see on morning or evening walks. Can’t wait for our next visit.

Wonderful Visit to Marco Island

We really enjoyed our stay at this home on Marco Island. The house was wonderfully appointed, comfortable and the location was perfect! We especially enjoyed use of the bicycles and short ride to Tigertail Beach area. It was also a plus to be able to include a furry family member. Kelly and Walter were very helpful and responsive.

Awesome!

The pool was our favorite by far. Our kids were in it from 9am till bedtime! The cleanliness of the property was excellent also. We will definitely be staying here again if we visit Marco!!

The home was great. The owner was helpful and replied quickly to any questions. I had a quick stay and was alone but the home could definitely accommodate a family. The home was well equipped to cook in and live in for an extended stay. Would recommend.

Home away from home

This was our first time on Marco Island and we couldn’t have better experience. Kelly’s property is beautiful, and it is in gorgeous neighborhood with great proximity to everything. It very quiet neighborhood, perfect for vacation. The house is well stocked with necessities. Beds and pillows were so comfortable that I truly felt home away from home. Thank you Kelly again for this opportunity to enjoy your home . We will be back.

Lovely home in great location

We had two families and there was plenty of room. We enjoyed the pool with sunset view. Very close to beach access (prepare to walk to actual beachfront however) and old Marco. Breakfast at Doreen’s is a must but the kitchen has everything you need as well. Plenty of towels and comfortable beds. Two kings are great when you have two families. There are a lot of rules but nothing unreasonable. Nice relaxing stay.

Great family home

Highly recommend this house. Spacious, clean, comfortable and everything you need in a kitchen is there for you. Hosts are very nice and respond quickly. We stayed in a lot. I’ve had two knee replacements in the past six months and my daughter is 34 wks pregnant. We enjoyed the pool with our three year old granddaughter. Would definitely stay in this home again. Thank you Kelly for your hospitality

Family friendly Marco Island Waterfront nice neighborhood

We had a wonderful stay in Marco Island at Kelly and Walter's waterfront home. They have a wonderful home (great pictures posted but it truly was even better in person!), as a family of 6 and small dog we had plenty of room for everyone. The entire property is very clean, plenty of linens, all the beach and pool toys you could want, lots of fun card games to play. The kitchen had all the basics you could want for cooking - cooking utensils, spices, etc. - no need to bring anything but groceries. The house is great with lots of space for everyone to gather together but also 3 separate bed and bathrooms. We rented a boat from nearby marina and really enjoyed being able to dock it at the house and enjoy easy ride out to the surrounding beaches and shell islands for the day. Highly recommend this VRBO home and we are already looking at when we can plan our next stay at Kelly & Walter's!

Fantastic Get Away

My husband and I took our family on a quick get away over the New Year's weekend. We were surprised and delighted when we arrived and the house was the perfect size for the seven of us. There was plenty of room to spread out and relax. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the pool was warm. When we reached out to the property owners before our stay, they were quick to respond, offered suggestions and so easy to communicate with. We appreciated the food suggestions as we had not yet visited Marco Island. Excellent recommendations to local fare! There was not a time during our stay that we needed to reach out for repairs or needs above and beyond what was provided. There was a binder that gave us all the information we needed in regards to the house, wifi and any controls necessary for our comfort. Also a handy map! The property was close to everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was spotless. Perfect quick get away! Thanks Walter & Kelly
