âPerfect check in, great location, quiet pool in the vibrant district. Beds are comfortable, room was clean- staff is exceptional. Hotel is connected to an ice cream shop, bar and restaurant. Walk anywhere and hear music from your balcony. Perfect stay. â

"Great and nice security people.
Bad cleaning 3 out of 4 days (towels looked dirty, half made bed, old plastic cup left on table etc). Tried to tip extra to get better cleaning, but no. When we did not tip, the cleaning was good, so probably we tipped wrong person.
Tried breakfast in the bar, but waiting time was long and the serving was stopped in the kitchen at the same time we got to order.
Interior in public areas are beautiful. Pool area nice, but really cold water. Good location. "

We recommend Frenchman street much better unless you are 21 and just wanna drink and party.
The food along Canal street is not great and overpriced, like most in tourist areas.
The breakfast at Sonesta hotel was okey, a couple of veggies and it would be better.
The bed was really good!
No pressure in the shower unless you turned it all the way up to the hottest, burning!
No housekeeping unless you stayed at least 7 nights, new towels where available at the front desk.
Laundry room was 4 dollar per machine and wash. "
