Holiday Home 'Les Basroches' with Private Terrace, Private Garden and Wi-Fi

Set in a village 12 km east of Orléans, our 90 m² holiday home in a restored barn welcomes you to a peaceful, pleasant setting. Adjoining our house, it has a private outdoor area and sleeps up to 4 guests.



On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with flexible sleeping arrangements (two 90 cm beds or one 180 cm bed), a living/dining room, an equipped kitchen and a toilet. Upstairs are a second bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a shower room.



The home has Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, a dishwasher and many amenities for your comfort. A private garden with a terrace, sun loungers and a barbecue lets you make the most of sunny days.



A baby kit is available free of charge on request. A few homemade treats, such as jams, await you for breakfast. Self check-in allows you to arrive independently.



Ideally located for exploring the Loire Valley, the home is a great base for walks and bike rides, the Orléans forest, Sologne and the Loire châteaux, including Sully-sur-Loire, Chambord, Blois and Amboise. Shops and a bus stop are 300 metres away.



Heating and electricity are included. Linen is available for an extra fee. The property is non-smoking; pets and events are not allowed.



Bicycles are welcome; covered storage is provided.
