"An unforgettable experience! The hotel was beautifully located, private beaches was in a gorgeous setting and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooftop bar served beautiful art inspired drinks and the gym was nice, cool and well equipped. Will be coming back!"

"Boendet var tjusigt, sängen var snygg men hård. Restaurangen var direkt dålig, och med personal som inte förstod engelska, tyska eller spanska. Varmrätten kom samtidigt som förrätten, när en i sällskapet ätit upp togs dennes tallrik bort trots att andra åt fortfarande. När alla ätit klart dröjde det länge innan de tallrikarna togs bort, i restaurangen var endast ett fåtal bord upptagna."

"This was the best stay we ever had in Italy. The hotel is very genuine in the heart of Toscana, everything is thought through into every detail. Soreno is the most beautiful little Italian village looking almost carved out of the mountain it stands on and not overloaded with tourists. Their own restaurant serves amazing food with only locally produced products. However the best part of the stay was the staff, everyone was incredibly nice and welcoming, gave local recommendations and told us about the thoughts behind the dinner menu, making our stay the best."
