  • Välkommen! Vårt moderna hem ligger i hjärtat av Catskill-bergen på 5 hektar. Idealisk för familjesammanträden och återföreningar. Ligger bara 1. 5 miles från byn Margaretville och 12 miles till många bröllopsplatser belägna i byarna Roxbury, Andes och Bovina. Nära till, 9 miles är Belleayre skidcenter, vi erbjuder rabatterade lyftkort och gratis användning av samhällets rekreationscenter där din familj kan njuta av GRATIS användning av inomhuspoolen och träningsanläggningar från 11 / 23-3 / 31
    Ett modernt hus med utomhuskoncept med sten spis och vedspis. Njut av fjällutsikten från insidan genom de skjutbara glasdörrarna och himmelbelysningen eller ute på lindningen runt däck. Det finns fem sovrum, varav ett är ett stort öppet utrymme med tre drottningssängar. De tre andra har en queen size-säng. Gott om plats för familjen. The home was clean with plenty of space. The kitchen was stocked with the required cooking utensils and the bbq grill with propane was a plus. All of the beds were clean and comfortable. The house is on a well system, quick showers would be recommended.

Just returned from a long weekend away at the Guesthouse in Margaretville, NY. Carol was a very responsive host, and check-in/check-out was easy. Our party of 9 ( including one senior and 4 young adult children aged 14-27) all had plenty of space. The bedroom on the main floor with an adjoining bath was perfect for my 84-year-old father, and the young men enjoyed the large basement "suite". The house was clean and well stocked. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck overlooking the property. Very close to the town and local outings. Plenty of parking, and very quiet. Lovely weekend.

The house has a good layout with plenty of room and an easily accessible master bedroom with attached bathroom that is perfect for older adults or people with disabilities. The kitchen has everything you need and the large deck has great views. While the kitchen and bathrooms were clean the bathrooms were neglected the sheets and pillowcases were clean the rest of the rooms were not. A few items in the house are outdated and in need of repair or replacement. There is plenty of parking and a lot of usable outdoor space. House was easy to access and locate.

This was by far the best vacation experience I have ever had. The property was beautiful and the house came with everything a group of 15 could need and more. We came to ski and wound up spending more time in the house because it was a great set up and had different areas for people to different activities and not annoy one another. Our teens loved the space in the addition- it had pool and table tennis and a great movie set up. I really do hope we can stay agin because this house made our family vacation a truly magical experience!!!!

Wasn't clean!

There were dead bugs all around the house, in the kitchen, bathrooms & window sills. The fridge had a lot of leftover food particles. Towels were not in the best condition. This is not what you expect from a holiday home. All the reviews I read earlier said that the place was very clean, which is what attracted me to it, despite the fact that it was very old and not particularly attractive. And when we arrived, this is what we found out. Very disappointing!!

Great place for many friends

Spend the weekend here with a large groups of friends. There was enough space for everyone to hangout.

Beautiful home!

The house is spacious and Margaretville is a wonderful small town. Fit our group of 8 people comfortably, and Carol was terrific to work with. Highly recommend for a getaway—especially during fall.

Beautiful house in wonderful location

Everything about this stay was excellent. It is a lovely and comfy home, on a beautiful property, offers plenty of peace and quiet, and is in a great location. I recommend to anyone with a large group looking for a peaceful getaway in the Catskills.

Perfect setting

House was beautiful, and the pictures don’t do it justice. The convenience of the house and the town being 5 minutes away were spectacular. I will definitely suggest Carols property to anyone who’s looking for a getaway in the mountains

Amazing Weekend Getaway

The house was so perfect to celebrate my best friends 30th birthday with 13 friends. The property was AMAZING for a weekend getaway. We had so much space in the backyard to get creative with games during the day and the fire pit was an awesome place to hangout at night. The beds were so comfortable and there was ample space to sleep 13 adults. Lastly, Carol was super helpful and made the whole experience seamless. I highly recommend and we might even return in the winter!

ski weekend with family

The property was great for our family ski weekend. Our nieces and nephews liked the big downstairs room. It snowed and the snow was plowed promptly and the deck stairs cleared. Overall, we had a very nice time in Margaretville.

Great house! Winter Getaway

This house was great for our two day ski trip upstate. The house was able to accomodate our cooking and food needs as well as enough beds for 7 kids and 5 adults. The large room with 3 queen beds and two couches was a great hangout room for the kids. They loved having their own space to play and talk. The fireplace was great and we were able to enjoy the fire while relaxing in the living room area and while eating dinner. Close proximity (15-20 min drive) to the various mountains was a huge plus. Hoping to come back in the summer!
