Sorry the bed was not to your liking. The staff are fine working with the motel and they take pride in cleaning it. We have other properties if the motel was not to your liking, you simply could have called or emailed us instead of writing this review and we would have placed you at another property.

The motel is not dirty, we take pride in our cleaning. If there were spiders, don't leave the front door open. The bathroom is a highly unlikely place for a web.

We have fixed the lights and the blinds by adding blackout curtains. Sorry for the inconveniences. The bed is a matter of different comforts.

FYI we just replaced the carpeting, the vanities, toilets and tiles in all the rooms and put brand new spit heating and cooling units in. That's not considered old. Our Motel is not dirty, we take exception to your statement as our staff works hard long hours to service our guests.

Too bad you feel that way since we have been fixing the units. We care constantly making sure everything is in working order and clean. Regardless of your review we stand by our Motel.

Glad to hear you will book again. We are priced for the economy traveller and are a clean basic motel.

The beds are not broken, you broke the bed frame and left a pile of garbage all over the room. The staff took pictures and we showed them to the credit card company because you started a chargeback claiming we didn't charge you correctly. Actually we didn't charge you for the extra filth and the frame. Staff are not onsite and you were aware of this and everyone is equipped with an emergency number that you never called. i would not reccomend this guest to any lodging establishments.

You were in a newly renovated room, there was heat and hot water for everyone else so I don't k now why you didn't have it and you also didn't call anyone about the issue to be fixed. You weren't charged for the second night and New York Health Department inspects us all the time. We could've and would've gladly tried to make you happy if you would have let us know.

I’m sorry about your experience as we were unaware of the floor issue , it has since been fixed along with the a/c unit . We could have moved you somewhere else if you would have called so we could try to resolve your issues. You have been refunded even though you failed to communicate with us .
