Prior to arrival, we'll provide you with full check-in instructions. Please note that as all bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs, this property may not be suitable for those with mobility issues or requiring wheelchair access.

Spread over three spacious floors, Sanderling features a modern open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, three large double bedrooms (two of which have ensuite bathrooms), a family bathroom, and outdoor space with seating and dining facilities. Each bedroom has a Smart TV with Netflix for your entertainment and there’s free, fast Wi-Fi throughout the house.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with a hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. The dining area features a large table and chairs, perfect for family meals or a leisurely brunch. And, if you prefer to stay in, you’ll find everything you need for a cosy night in.

Two of the bedrooms boast super king beds, Smart TVs, a desk for those looking for workspace, and ample hanging space for your clothes. The third bedroom features a king size bed which can be split into two singles if needed, as well as a Smart TV. The sea can be seen from all rooms - the perfect way to wake up in the morning.

Sanderling is very close to the beach, shops and popular bars and restaurants in Margate so we'd recommend walking as you won't want to miss the stunning beach/sea views.
The property comes with its own private parking which can fit two cars but the road also has free parking.
Parking in and around Margate is mainly chargeable so we'd recommend downloading the RingGo app for your stay which can be used to pay for parking when required.
