“Almost always happy with service but this was not acceptable, from arrogant welcome at the front desk to breakfast personell uninterested in serving coffee. Not one smiling face at this place. Cannot recommend this lovely location if handled in this manner.”

“Tolle Lage und gute Ausstattung. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich mi dicken Federbetten, da es nachts sehr kalt wird. Das Badezimmer ist sehr groß und bietet eine gut funktionierende Dusche. Die Outdoorküche mit Brai ist perfekt zur Selbstverpflegung und mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Sehr zu empfehlen sind die Wanderwege sowie die Gamedirives. “We had a friendly welcome to the hotel. The owners took time to chat, which has not been the norm. It is very secure with inside parking. Car washing was offered. We didnt get the triple room that we had booked, but the room offered had a huge double bed in a spacious room that was sufficient for our needs. The bathroom was large with a bath and shower. Separate toiletries would have been useful. It was all clean and tidy with good linens. The outside porch was a nice place to sit. Breakfast had...

“We stayed here for one night in January as a stop-over on our way from Sossusvlei to Mata Mata. Great peaceful retreat and a good half way stop for us. We were the only guests at this time and there was plenty of staff to take care of us during our stay. They cooked a lovely 3-course meal that we enjoyed on an open terrace overlooking a water hole with visiting springboks. The lodge also offers game drives but we didn't try it this time.”
