“We arrived at the Marigot Palms to a pleasant surprise. Ann awaited us at the property entrance. She toured us around the property giving details about the guest house, restaurants, excursions etc. The property is pristine, surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers. We enjoyed the mango tree; yummy! We were rained in a couple days, however, we made use of well needed R&R. We especially enjoyed waking up overlooking the sunrise, and sitting on the balcony overlooking the sunset glittering...

“Erwin was our point of contact and was readily avilable to all my queries. He a fantastic asset. Samantha the housekeeper was always around to share her local knowledge of St Lucia. This was hearwarming. To George, we appreacited the late morning ferries across to the resort and Ricky the best boat ferry captain. We enjoyed your stories along the short trips. The resort is lovely, serene and breathtaking. Well definitely recommend and stay again.”

“This villa is amazing. The view is spectacular!! The place is huge. We had 9 people staying there and there was plenty of space. Eddie always answered any questions we had and the housekeeper was top notch the villa was very clean and organized. We had everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood is quiet except for the occasional dog bark and faint sounds of the music from the restaurants or resort below us. Suggestions we have for the stay here is to rent a car if you are comfortable...

“We celebrated my retirement and my wife’s birthday with our Family. It was a great location to get away from the busy resort scene. We had meals prepared every other night and they were very tasty and filling. Pascale, Anthea, Noah and Noel were all very responsive and provided amazing service. ”

“The property has an excellent location. Perfect for those who want to avoid the buzz of resorts and crowds. For some getting to the property might be a challenge due to road conditions, but that's a part of the whole island experience. The plants, flowers were magnificent. We enjoyed eating outside and using the plunge pool. The inside of the property is not modern but definitely has its charm. We would consider coming back.”

“This property was perfect for us. We were a group of 5 women who have been friends since elementary school celebrating a big birthday. The house was perfect for us as we each had a bedroom, the Polaris gave us access to nearby restaurants and the beach as well as exploring the neighborhood. Nigel was wonderful driving us when we we needed to go to the grocery store, etc. and keeping us informed. We were happy we hadn’t rented a car as the roads are terrible and unmarked. We did do a one day...

Bay Gardens Beach Resort and Spa

"Location location location! This resort is about 15 meter from beach, and the beach is really good! I had a room with w view towards the beach and I enjoyed it very much! The resort is within walking distance to the Rodney Bay center with supermarkets and malls. There is also shuttle service two times each hour to, and from, Bay Garden hotel, closer to center of Rodney Bay. The resort is also close to other restaurants in the area. The staff is very VERY friendly and provides service, always with a smile! All these are on the reosrts upside and If I return to St Lucia I will probably stay at the same resort. But there are some things I would like to be improved: The small deli shop needs better opening hours and more selection of, for exemple, medications. There also are only one restaurant and for a all-inclusive resort, there should be more to choose from (even that you are entitled to go to the other Bay gardens hotels restaurants too). The food at this restauran (High tide) is very good, but I would have enjoyed more kinds of food to choose from. BUT overall I liked the resort a lot! "
