The villa has a delightful outdoor terrace with large pool and poolside gazebo overlooking the beach and your very own tennis court on the beach! The spacious living and dining area and large adjoining gourmet kitchen open out to the terrace and enjoy the beautiful ocean view.



The 5+ bedrooms of this Saint Martin villa rental all have bathrooms and air-conditioning and open out onto the pool terrace. Bedroom 2 also has a small adjoining room suitable for a baby or small child. Can be rented as a 4,5 or 6 bedroom villa.

Neither beach is ever crowded. Baie Rouge is set amongst some dramatic red cliffs. The elegant homes in Terres Basses are sitting on generous lots, most of them with gorgeous views of either the Lagoon or the ocean, or both. Many villas can be rented on a weekly basis as the ultimate vacation-get-a-way.

By car its about 10 minutes away from Marigot, and 15 minutes away from the Airport.

Getting Around:

You will be met at the airport when you arrive by your driver. Look for Philippe who will be standing curb side and will be wearing a black button down shirt with The Property Ink’s Logo. He will drive you to the villa or to collect your car rental; this service is complimentary and the vehicle can hold up to 14 people, with one piece of luggage per passenger. Your housekeeper will be waiting for you at the villa for check-in.
