â1. Our room had leftover food still in the fridge. We communicated that to front desk staff and she said âthanks for telling me.â It did not give me much comfort that the rest of the room was cleaned well.
2. The pool heater was broken and there was no acknowledgment of that prior to check-in. Also the ceiling was in horrible disrepair.
3. The âhottubâ was the size of a whirlpool tub that could fit maybe 3 adults.
4. I overheard another guest tell the staff that the pop machine did not...

âBeautiful hotel and ambiance! Favorite reading spot by the lobby fireplace. Dining was delicious at The Dive restaurant. Loved the quaint room and abundant closet and drawer space. Spacious shower and spectacular rainfall shower head. Only complaint was the mattress we had gave me a backache since Iâm used to a firm one, but itâs probably okay for those who prefer soft mattresses. There was also a thin layer of dust on the drawer chest but easily wiped down. Would definitely return especially in...

âThe host put up a Christmas tree as I was having family over for Christmas; was a perfect touch. It was very cozy and comfortable and the sunrise was beautiful. Would definitely stay there again.â
