“Jättefint hotell sköna sängar tysta och fräscha rum. Bra service på frukosten. Men den i personalen som tog hand om oss vid incheckningen var INTE trevlig och inte service minded! En lång man med dreads, har aldrig fått så otrevligt bemötande av någon hotell personal!”

“Trevligt bemötande - personal öppnar dörren vid ankomst, parkerar snabbt och smidigt bilen, alla enbart trevliga och bemötande - super hotell - mycket bra. Rummet likaså - rent, snyggt och bra storlek - verkligen fint!”

“The place maker buzzard point is a converge if at least 3 separate apt Bldg’s all with different names yet they share the same underground parking which if you do not make arrangements for a passcode, or are arriving late in the evening you have to call the hotel as you are circling around the block . The number for placemaker is buried on one of the Expedia page. Without calling that number and reaching a leasing agent you would never be able to get inside the bldg. Cool place to stay but...

“Badrummet luktade rätt unket av fukten. Vid toaletten luktade det periodvis avlopp. Ligger bra till i fint område vid vattnet. En bit från centrum, men helt ok. Trevligt inrett rum, fint. ”

“Stayed for a week. Room was clean. Maid service every other day. I think the breakfast was above average. It is right across the street from a metro stop so that was good. If you want a little quieter room get it on the back side of the building. It's a busy area when it's nice out and it is not very quiet. Early morning traffic will wake you up too. Not the hotels fault on that. I would definitely stay again.”

“Small for a Residence Inn, but I guess that's to be expected in DC. Rooms were OK, but nothing special. Breakfast was good and had some variety. On the negative side, our air conditioning wasn't working on the first day and wasn't fixed until after a terribly warm and fitful night of poor sleep.”
