“Låg servicenivå, låg standard, undermålig frukost. Har aldrig tidigare blivit nedgraderad när jag blir väckt mitt i natten av andra gäster. I ena fallet störande gäster där polis behövde tillkallas, i andra fall rummet ovanför har översvämmat svämmat badkaret och det droppar ner i mitt rum och jag måste packa ihop allt och byta rum mitt i natten. Fick tillbaka motsvarande rum dagen därpå men service är inte den starkaste egenskapen hos flertalet av hotellets personal. Inväntar kompensationen...

“The location is amazing. The only thing that I will say that would’ve made the stay even more better if the terrorist was open earlier and it need a pool that this is someone from South Florida that’s used to warm and beaches and pools overall, I will stay again if I come back through Ocala.”
