Denna fastighet är perfekt för familjer eller grupper, det här är en anpassad kulle hem på 7 park som hektar, med otrolig utsikt över Sierras. Varje sovrum är utsett med en queen size-säng och tillgång till däck. Du kommer att njuta av den privata "land" -inställningen och närheten till flera Gold Rush-städer i Mariposa-området. Drygt en timme, genom vår "Wild and Scenic" Merced River Canyon, är Yosemite National Park.

En stor skiffer innergård skiljer fri form pebble tech pool från bubbelbadet och grillplats. Bara ut din andra nivå sovrumsdörr är en enorm wraparound däck, perfekt för fantastisk stargazing.

Inuti hittar du kakel och trägolv i hela. Gästbadet har ett stort bubbelbadkar, medan masterbadet har dubbla duschkablar och en sittgrupp. En 50 tums plattskärms-TV och en mysig vedspis finns i konversationsområdet. Veden till kaminen är alltid fullt utrustad.

Vardagsrummet / biblioteket erbjuder en lugn plats att läsa, koppla av på mjuka soffan eller sätta utanför dörren på balkongen för vacker utsikt. Biblioteket erbjuder ett brett utbud av vuxna och barnböcker.

För de mer aktiva finns det en pool, jacuzzi, basketplan och ett spelrum separat från huset.

I spelrummet finns ett skifferbassäng, dart, tärning i baren och gott om ställen att umgås. Vi erbjuder ett stort urval av brädspel och pussel.

Det ligger nära badgerpassets vintersportområde och skridskoåkning i parken och Tenaya Lodge. Vi erbjuder snö slädar för en rolig dag att leka i snön.

Vi har också en charmig stuga på samma egendom, som är privat och separat från huset. Stugan kan hyras med huset för en stor samling. För att se stugan se 769664.

Beautiful Quiet Property

Beautiful, peaceful property. House is fully stocked and the hosts have thought of everything you could need or want. Pool was great, hot tub fantastic after a day of hiking in Yosemite. The man cave was a great bonus too. 10 out of 10. Would stay again.

A good base for exploring

The property was a good location for day trips to San Francisco, Fresno and Yosemite.It was well equipped and had everything that we needed. The hosts communicated well with us informing us about road closures and were very responsive to messages.

A perfect getaway for a big group

I booked both the main house and the cottage for a group of 16 people and it was great. Everything was clean and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is really well stocked and we were able to prep big group meals without any issues. Overall a really great value and everyone from my group said they would enjoy coming back!

Great getaway

We had two families gathered for a getaway and the place was perfect. Nice hang-out space, well-stocked kitchen, all the supplies to make us comfortable. Set in a beautiful oak-filled hillside.

Fantastic Getaway

We had a great stay, the property is lovely and the owners were very communicative and responsive. The kids loved the pool and the grown ups loved the hot tub and game room! The views are beautiful, and the house is well stocked. This is a fantastic place to stay if you are headed to Yosemite or nearby. We would definitely stay again!

Memorable 85th Birthday Celebration

My husband and I and my son and family were in this trip to celebrate my husband's 85th birthday. Not only was it a milestone birthday, we were also giving thanks for my husband's continuing recovery. The pool was my grandkids' favorite and they had the time of their life spending much time in the water. My husband had a blast playing the billiards! Our short trip to Yosemite National Park was great too. Staying in rental home was really much fun and there was plenty of space for us 10. We would certainly go back for another family gathering.

Great spot for families!

We stayed here with our entire family (6 adults, 5 kids) and had a great time! There was plenty of space for all the kids to run around and tons of things to do for people of all ages. The adults enjoyed playing pool and hanging out in the man cave and the kids enjoyed the pool itself and playing some basketball. The house has everything you need and all we had to bring was some food and we didn't have to leave the house for anything else. There was even pool toys and toys inside (puzzles, coloring books, etc.) for the kids! Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it for a family get-together! You even can see some horses not too far from the house :)

Our favorite vacation stay EVER

Hurry and book this house - you won't regret it at all. It is well-stocked, clean, roomy, and so fun. We felt so spoiled with with the pool and the man cave. Susan was incredibly kind and helped us with a couple vacation questions. Also, this house had a cooler we appreciated since we flew in, but wanted to pack in lunch to Yosemite. We had the BEST time here as a family.

Great Spot for Yosemite!

Very satisfied with the property. Super clean. It worked perfect for our family of 4. We used this property for two nights while we visited Yosemite. It was about an hour from the South Entrance. Mariposa is a very authentic California mounain town. This property is 15 minutes from downtown Mariposa, which has a handful of places to eat, grocery store and ice cream shop. Our kids enjoyed the pool. We would stay here again.

A beautiful place to rest

My husband and I stayed here with our 4 children to visit Yosemite and Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias. We had such a wonderful time. The property was so beautiful with many places to spend our time and look out to see the beautiful views. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. We had our coffee on the patios and cooked many meals with the fully stocked kitchen. We also had lots of fun playing cricket and corn hole in the man cave. Each room was very comfortable and our children thoroughly enjoyed the puzzles and books in the library as well as the many games provided. Susan and Brian were very hospitable. We would love to stay again someday and highly recommend this lovely place.
