“Love this place. We did the Circle Tour and stayed here for our first two nights. We liked it so well that we cancelled our hotel for our last night of the tour and returned to Pier B Resort.”

“Microwave wasn’t cleaned, bed table tops not wiped down but the place was fairly decent. Biggest negative is the parking is 2 blocks offsite and currently an additional $10/nights stay. Rooms are priced respective of the hotel’s proximity to the Canal Park and the Duluth Entertainment Center /DECC.”

“Absolutely amazing property! Room was clean, view was amazing (once the fog cleared), breakfast options were great, and the pool/hot tub area was a great place to unwind after a day of exploring. If you plan on spending time in and around Canal Park, this is where you need to stay!”

“Walls are basically curtains. Weird offset slats on the tops of the walls by the room so you can see light from the other rooms and hear EVERYTHING. Hearing the person in the next room toss and turn in bed. Some degenerate left baby batter in one of the toilets.”

“We had a premium room with the Harborview, but there were no chairs in our room. When we asked for one to be delivered, it took a few hours and it was an armless Jetson style chair that had a big tear in it. Tough to enjoy the room, when there’s no place to sit other than on the bed.”

“Entire stay was delightful. Room, staff, dining options - all first rate. Easy stroll to unique shopping and short drive to excellent hiking. Will be back to Duluth and definitely stay at Fitgers.”

“Staff were wonderful and helpful throughout my stay but seemed to have a hard time keeping up with the breakfast needs-seemed everything was empty at the same time. Came down at different times during stay and this seemed to be an issue. I do realize that this is out of the control of the hotel but construction noise going on around the building was horrible! Even 7am on a Saturday morning. Would not recommend staying until that’s done especially if you have small children that nap (as it was...
