âPleasant resort, enjoyable stay despite a few concerns. Several buildings, from older cottages to a new 3-storey building. We stayed in a Superior Studio, This is a very nicely decorated room, large, brand new and clean, good beds and bathroom, desk area, aircon, balcony etc
The pool is great, could use a few inexpensive plastic loungers.
The owner/manager and staff are very friendly and helpful. Space by the beach for family dinners, boodle, etc. Beach and ocean clean and clear.

âBeautiful scenic location high in mountain next to the forests. Listening to the insects especially at night is amazing, something you donât experience living in the city. The restaurant serves excellent food and the staff here is welcoming and friendly. A visit to Tala River right below the hotels entrance is a must. The river is calm and soothing and the water is crystal clear. You are surrounded by a forest with no noise except from nature.â
âWhen I arrived, the Wi-Fi was not working. They say they are a beach resort, the beach was extremely dirty and a 10 minute walk away. The food they supplied was extremely minimal with no vegetables and far too costly. There were no food options nearby. I had to complain to stop loud pulsing music after 11 PM.â
âI did not stay in this hotel as they falsely advertised that they had hot water and when I got there, the hot water didnât work and when I asked to be changed to another room, they didnât have any other rooms available.â

The employees are kind and friendly but the staff at their Amare Restaurant wasnât so helpful and friendly m. The rooms are nice but some areas are unclean most especially the swimming pool which is so important that they should keep clean. There are too much mosquitoes as well! They need to do something with that. The water in the room has issues...
