“The service was okay they were kind, but Nothing was available for use except the pool which was freezing, sauna was out of order, so was the gym, the continental breakfast was lacking no cream cheese for the bagels, basically just bread. On the ad it said room service (food service), but what it meant was cleaning service. There was a ton of ants in the room also. The first night there we had no TV/Internet. Hopefully it's just in a transition period or something. I wouldn't stay here again...

“There was an AC in the window so the cold air was coming in all night. The noise from the busy main road was very loud. The place in general was very outdated and run down. The couch was ripped with stuffing coming. Carpeting was stained. Walls were dirty. Furniture was broken. The building sits on a nice large piece of property, so there’s potential to be a really great place if torn down and started over. ”

“The check in staffer was fine, she let us get in to our room a little earlier which was great because we had been traveling for several hours. And when I asked for an extra set of towels (2 adults and 1 teen) she brought them fairly quickly. Room was ok you get what you pay for, furniture a lil old and a very small tv. “The property is well-located within walking distance of the downtown shopping and theater area, so it was a nice option for us. It was clean and in decent shape but it had a stale smell in the hallways and rooms. The breakfast was fine, offering the usual continental breakfast options. The staff were friendly and helpful. “We stayed for 2 days, it’s super cute, so convenient to be able to cook cook instead of going out. Room is good size, we had a beautiful Mountain View, the bed is lil on firm side if you like that, and the shower had nice hot water with great pressure! Would stay again for sure ”
