“Excellent experience with the staff. The hotel was beautiful and clean. I have no other words. They do have to work on mini bars and water but other than that very nice. Keep in mind the beach is a bit of a walk and you have to book seats early. Amazing place all around. Violet”

“Trevlig personal. Läget är det bästa i vlore. Fräscht boende som är Modernt. Saknade bara mörkläggande gardiner i mitt rum”

“Poolen ligger ca 2km från hotellet. Vilket inte framgick vid bokningen.”

“Sauber”

“Good value for the money.”

“Very nice five night stay in a beautiful family suite. The positives — Gorgeous views of the sea, the city, and the mountains. Breakfast and breakfast staff were excellent. The negatives — Beach service and food choice at the beach was underwhelming and not what I am accustomed to in a luxury beach accommodation. Went to dinner in the hotel the first night and did return. Staff are not properly trained. Our server was pompous. It’s a really bad idea to lecture guests about the quality of...

“The staff were excellent and the bed and shower were great. I had a minor issue with the room kettle that was sorted asap and the night receptionist was brilliant when we had to leave suddenly in the middle of the night due to a medical emergency back in the UK. The rooftop pool and bar were good with spectacular views. The breakfast was plentiful, though some of it wasn't kept very warm. I recommend the pooltop bar food for lunch, dinner and cocktails. I really enjoyed the dedicated beach area...

“Very nice hotel with a great views! Room was very comfortable and very clean. Nice floors and bathroom was lovely. Breakfast was great! Marcelo was the best of all the staff! So friendly and pleasant which we appreciated so much being a guest in your lovely country.”

“Bra över lag. Lite hög musik sent någon kväll.”

“hôtel à proximité plage et resto”

“Vi är mycket nöjda med vår korta vistelse på hotell Lusini. Rummet var fräscht och rymligt. Frukosten var bra och den intogs på den översta våningen, med en fantastisk fin utsikt över havet.”

“Poor start at reception when my reservation could not be found for some minutes. This is the first time in using hotels.com app this has ever happened ever, so I believe it was the reception staff not hotels.com. Also there was an attempt to charge us for coffees at breakfast - as breakfast includes coffee only from a machine placed nowhere near the buffet - which we should know as they never have to tell anybody. So after being accused of being disrespectful of staff and rude it spoilt an...
