Stort sjöstrandsparadis vid stranden av sjön Michigamme

  • Stort lyxigt handbyggt specialanpassat hem beläget på 6 tunnland vid stranden av sjön Michigamme. Stora bostadsområden kan passa flera familjer bekvämt. 20 sovplatser! (Små extra avgifter gäller för fester över 16 gäster) vi hyr också fastigheten intill vrbo # 1341493 (10 sovplatser) perfekt för en återförening eller för en stor samling !!! Gourmetkök, 3 spisar, stor täckt veranda, stort däck mot vatten, badtunna, träningsrum, bastu, wifi. Huvudnivå har vacker mästare med utsikt över sjön och badkar. På övervåningen har 4 sovrum med jack och jill bad / dusch. Utsikten är hisnande från dessa rum !!! Källaren har ytterligare två sovrum, 2 badrum, ett stort medierum, träningsrum, bastu och en 2: a master och ett våningssäng rum. Hemmet är allt gjort med anpassade färg / stenbehandlingar, träväggar, balkar, järnkronor och anpassad dekor. Den är rik men ändå väldigt bekväm och livlig. Huset ligger på en fantastisk rockblff med utsikt över sjön med utan tvekan den bästa utsikten över sjön! Det finns vägåtkomst till bryggområdet samt en gradvis sluttande vandringsled längs sjön för gäster i alla åldrar. Bryggan ligger utanför en stor stenpatio med en inbyggd eldstad (för rostning av korv och smuts!) samt en stor sandlåda för små som vill spela. Bryggan är perfekt för simning (mer än 15 meter djup i slutet) eller fiske (vi har fångat abborre, walleye, crappie, bas och gädda). Eller så är du välkommen att använda våra havskajaker (ej tippbara) för att turnera i vattnet. Ta en paddel ut till någon av de närliggande öarna för en picknick! Se till att du kommer tillbaka till huset i tid för solnedgångar - eftersom de är oöverträffad! Hela huset glödar orange nästan varje kväll när solen går direkt ut från det stora golvet till takfönstren och ser över sjön! De tar bort andetaget! Kanske är det därför som Albert Einstein, Henry Ford och Harvey Firestone ofta brukade sjön också för deras get-aways!
    Vi hyr också fastighet # 1341493 granne (10 sovplatser) hyra Båda för större grupper / återföreningar! Vi kan erbjuda en rabatterad ränta om båda hyrs i följd.

We met family from Alabama, South Carolina, Tennessee and Colorado for the week. The accommodations were perfect for our families and we were able to go and see many sights. This was our first trip to the UP . Thank you for such a great experience..

The house was beautiful and had all the amenities you could possibly need. We did come across a few minor inconveniences but Rebecca was quick to respond to try to fix. If you want an amazing view with plenty of room then this is the perfect place for large families plus friends. We would definitely stay again.

What a great location and house for our snowmobile adventures. The house had everything we needed to cook for the participants. Room galore and the views are amazing. I highly recommend this location.

Host was very prompt with a response if we had a question. Home was very nice. We had 12 of us snowmobiling for the week. Lots of snow & the trails were perfect.

This was our third time staying in the UP and this was by far our favorite house. The house was beautiful with amazing views of the lake. We cooked most meals and the kitchen was very well equipped. The lake was gorgeous, and provided fish every time we went out. It was so quiet and peaceful, at times we had the entire lake to ourselves. At night the sky was so gorgeous and we enjoyed a fire in the fire pit on several occasions. On nights it rained there was an abundance of games to play. We also enjoyed the hot tub and sauna room as well. The communication with the owners was also amazing. I highly recommend this place and we can't wait to come back.

Every aspect of the house and property was awesome. The layout of the house, the interior design, the views, the solitude, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, an amazing porch with wood burning fireplace, the sauna in the basement, large number of social gathering spots, but still plenty large enough to have some alone time when needed. 25 years of renting for us and this place stands out as the clear best ever!

We really enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous lakefront home — lots of space, the views are beautiful, very quiet lake, kayaks were fun, and the hot tub is a nice touch. A couple of things to be aware of: the oven buttons were very finicky and took some patience to get working, and we had a hot water outage on our last day so that was unfortunate. But the owner was responsive when we reached out. There was an issue of a stained table after checking out that we believe had been there before we arrived. I’ve never had that happen before so I would recommend inspecting/ documenting issues at arrival. Overall, it’s a great property for families, lots of games and activities available and a big kitchen for cooking in.

Beautiful location. This house is well stocked with amenities to cook and walk right in just like you live there. Sheets , Towels and blankets plenty for all. As a vrbo owner myself i was extremely impressed with this property.

Family Christmas Gift

Our family decided to take a vacation together for our family gift. It was all our kids, their significant others and grandchildren. We had a fantastic time at this beautiful home. Every detail of the property waz spot on.You will not be disappointed.

Yes, the host was great. Very timely with responses. Very well laid out house for comfort and entertaining. Clearer communication on use of the garage and hot tub would have been nice. Not a big deal other than having expectations then being let down.

This place is amazing for anyone looking to escape and unwind. The only reasons I did not give it 5 stars is the water heater downstairs needed repair and the dirt/rock road . The weather didn’t cooperate I guess it’s always windy. The boat rental place never replied so that was a bummer . The area down by the water is amazing but could use at least a charcoal grill. That is just a suggestion. We caught a lot of fish of the shore and dock. One other suggestion would be cutlery . While there is cutlery it is very dull . I used the sharpener but it didn’t help much . We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Property!

Our multi-generational family thoroughly enjoyed this fabulous property! There are incredible views of Lake Michigamme, kayaks for exploring the lake, deer occasionally visiting, and cold but beautiful lake swimming, along with a sauna to relax & warm up before and/or after the swim. The home is spacious enough for everyone to have privacy and gather for dinners together in huge living room & kitchen area and the host responds quickly to questions.

The place was amazing! The hot tub not in order during the winter time was a bummer. They really looked forward to that. We might have missed it in the description before booking. The sauna was a nice touch and the small workout room. The owners were very responsive and were able to accommodate us leaving early due to a storm coming in. We did go to the wrong house first cause of GPS leading us there, but none the less, this was a BEAUTIFUL place. Will consider this place for summer rentals for the hot tub.

Group Trip

The property was amazing and a lot of space for my friends and I! The house was supplied with everything we needed and more! We wanted to fish and they didn’t have the kayaks out yet but they responded swiftly and got them out for us to use! I would love to come back and stay here in the summer to be able to enjoy swimming in the lake! 10/10 stay I would recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy the U.P.!
