“It took moree than one hour until you could flush the toilet again. Due to that it was not filoing up and instead leaking. On the third day the keycards suddeny stopped working. Some of the frontdesk staff were rude and arrogant. Never agan!”

“I like that there was a mini-fridge and an exercise room. On the other hand, my room was deficient. Neither phone worked and 2 of the 3 bureau drawers were off their tracks. I brought his up to the front desk but they did nothing about it.”

“Super cute place with lots of fun amenities! Super nice Nespresso machine in the common area for coffee in the morning. Lots of milk options and a very well equipped kitchen. Room was fabulous. Big windows, soft pillows, comfy bed. Bathroom was really big and shower was nice size.”

“Poor service from the personnel. Service level lower than what I'm used to in Europe. Even though a beautiful and cool hotel, it's not modern. No USB ports in the rooms so bring a plug. The sound level in the room is really loud, 40 dB measured with my phone (comes from refrigerator, ventilation, AC). Sounds from other rooms and the hallway is really clear.”

“the hotel was very close to our destination: it was walkable. the proximity to the lake and river (for walking) was an added feature. breakfast was excellent-a good way to start the day.”

“The staff are wonderful and very helpful. The general manager is awesome and very nice. My room was clean, and maid service was good. However, the onsite food options are minimal. I got in around 1am, and there was no room service or other food options besides minimal vending machine options. Even during the day the food options are not stellar, and mainly are breakfast options. The on-site little store that was near the lobby had a lot of empty shelf space, very limited food and drink...
