“It took moree than one hour until you could flush the toilet again. Due to that it was not filoing up and instead leaking. On the third day the keycards suddeny stopped working. Some of the frontdesk staff were rude and arrogant. Never agan!”

“The hotel is in a great location. Cute atmosphere and has a bar for a nightcap before heading to bed. The front desk helped assure that I had a room waiting after I cancelled and re-scheduled rooms. We arrived at the hotel at midnight and we were assisted with getting room keys by cleaning staff and bar keepers. Very nice cozy place.”

“It's a fabulous old building converted into a great place to stay. High ceilings and stylish design everywhere made it a very comfortable and cosy place to stay. The bed was amazingly comfortable. It's in a great location as well! I plan to stay here again when I'm back in Milwaukee!!”

“Poor service from the personnel. Service level lower than what I'm used to in Europe. Even though a beautiful and cool hotel, it's not modern. No USB ports in the rooms so bring a plug. The sound level in the room is really loud, 40 dB measured with my phone (comes from refrigerator, ventilation, AC). Sounds from other rooms and the hallway is really clear.”

“Hello, the location was great. The room was nice. Updates could be done some of the furniture. And fixtures are old and starting to wear out. There's no clarification on the parking. Once you get there. You notice that there is a pass. So you can park in the parking lot, but it didn't necessarily give you detailed information on that. Until you got there and hoped that you don't get towed.”
