Not 4star standard
According to the standard of the roms I would not call this hotel a 4 star. I had friends that apparently paid the same amount for their stay at the Sofitel avrosta the street and that was a lot better standard. I believe I over paid for my stay. Also I missed the potential of a pick up service at the Airport from the hotel.

Bra familjehotellet i lugn omgivning
Vi bodde 10 nätter på Suite Novotel i Marrakech. Servicen var mycket bra och personalen trevlig. Rummet var funktionellt, men som svensk var det lite saker som jag inte hade låtit vara som till exempel att toalettpappershållaren var på sned och att duschslangen läckte lite. Poolen var fin, men inte uppvärmd och då vi var där över nyår var det cirka 13-15 grader i vattnet.

Rummet var för varmt dag och natt så att vi kunde inte sova ordentlig!

Jättemodernt hotel med fin standard och jättebra frukost med de finns dock ingen resturang på hotell Bra promenad avstånd till torget.

Ungt par i marrakech för första gången
Blev riktigt besviken på detta hotell. Snarare ett 3-stjärnigt än 4-stjärnigt. Sängarna var hårda som sten, utslitna möbler, trasiga lampor, poolen är inte uppvärmd (iskallt vatten), fanns ingen möjlighet att beställa drinkar i baren, mkt ont om solstolar (man fick vakna tidigt o gå ner o paxa en stol för att då sitta i solen), dåligt vattenflöde i duscharna, frukosten var ingen höjdare, fanns ingen restaurang på hotellet heller. Servicen kunde ha varit bättre, han i receptionen gav aldrig ifrån sig ett leende, han gjorde i princip bara det som måste göras. Det enda som var positivt var området som var ganska lugnt och låg hyffsat nära stan och flygplatsen. Och att det fanns kylskåp på rummet. Skulle inte rekommendera detta hotell. Man får inte vad man betalar för. Skulle valt ex hotell chems framför detta.

Lite utanför men fortfarande gångavstånd, så inga problem att ta sig runt i staden. Helt klart prisvärt

Små rum dålig frukost
Vi bodde här från 26/10 och 5 nätter fram. Hotellet låg bra,20 minuters promenad till Jemaa El Fna. Fint område, städat och rent. Väldigt små rum, vi var 2 vuxna och 2 barn i ett rum och det var trångt. Sängarna pyttesmå. Frukosten var påver och mycket var slut innan frukosttiden var till ända. VARJE morgon när vi kom ner så var knivarna slut. Skulle nog inte komma tillbaka.

Suite Novotel Marrakech
A very good hotel. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was a bit poor but still ok. I recommend this hotel.

Good location
The location of the hotel was very good, a ten minute walk to the medina. However, breakfast was a litte scarse with only bread, juice, yoghurt and cereal. There was never enough plates or cups to go around. We didn't use the services of the hotel that much. In the area there were quite a few good restaurants and roof top bars which were great if travelling with kids.Over all a good value for money hotel.

Vi tillbringade 8 nätter på detta fantastiska hotell med god service, bekväma rum och ett otroligt bra läge.. närheten till Jema El Fna och medinan är ett stort plus likaså området där hotellet är placerat.. lugn och tryggt område strax utanför hetsen kring marknadsplatsen. Poolen var övriga faciliteter höll bra klass. Dock kunde frukosten varit bättre.. men inget att klaga på alls. / Naki

There is no parking, only 10 spaces available, reception staff are not helpful, restaurant staff are good, breakfast is not good and not up to Novotel standard, there is no privacy in using the bathrooms, there are no tables next to the beds, towels are old and worn out, and the beds are old and uncomfortable.

The location in Hivernage is very good with easy access to both the Medina and Gueliz. The room was clean and spacious and the service excellent, the team made me feel super welcome from the security at the entrance to the front desk, the bar and the restaurant.

Watch out for scam taxi service
While the hotel was very nice, we were very disappointed with the transportation service they arranged for us . We requested transport to the airport very early (3:45 am) the next day. The receptionist told us it could be arranged but had to be paid in cash (approx $25). We paid, but no receipt was offered. Our cab was ready at the appointed time and took us to the airport as requested, but the driver said he had not been paid and insisted on another $25. After a brief discussion, We gave him all the Moroccan money we had and added another $7 to make up the difference. I’m not sure who benefitted from this scam, but future travelers should insist on a receipt or some kind of voucher if they plan to use this service.

4.1/5 from me. Good, standard business style hotel. Rooms are quite large. Separate toilet and bathroom. In the bathroom, I had a bath and a separate shower. Pool area is nice with comfortable seating and shade. Location is great near lots of lounges, clubs and restaurants. Fast Wi-Fi. Very good room service and everything can be ordered from the restaurant. Comfortable bed. Negatives: no chairs on the balcony and room a little like an office with grey carpet and furniture, etc. Recommended.
