Chère Madame, Nous sommes désolés de lire une seconde fois votre mécontentement pour le même séjour. Permettez aussi certaines clarifications que vous omettez bien évidemment : Vous êtes venus avec des amis et aviez réservé 2 chambres pour 2 personnes; Hors quand vous êtes arrivés vous n'étiez pas 4 personnes comme prévu mais 5 personnes. Vous ne nous en avez pas averti ni communiqué votre heure d'arrivée comme le fait plus de 80% des hôtes. Pour vous être agréable nous vous avons trouvé une 3ème chambre et celà afin que vous soyez tous ensemble dans notre Riad soeur : le jardin de Mouassine. De plus, bien que vous avez choisi "arriver par vos propres moyens" quelqu'un est venu gracieusement à votre rencontre pour vous aider peu après votre appel téléphonique. Sachez que d'autres personnes arrivées en même temps que vous ne comprennent pas vos commentaires virulents et inexacts.... de même qu'il n'est pas vrai que vous avez eu une chambre de 12m2 aveugle avec robinets cassés. Ni le Riad Alma Mouassine, ni le Jardin Mouassine n'auraient une note supérieure à 4/5 si tel est le cas; je comprends que vous tenez à nous détruire en nous mettant 4/10, c'est votre choix. Nous vous souhaitons néanmoins un excellent séjour à Marrakech.dans d'autres endroits qui, nous vous le souhaitons auront l'heure de vous convenir.

Would you tell us what was according to us our weak points and how it could be improved.... also we are surprised if you liked nothing. It is sad. Dear guest, Thank you for your very good comment regarding the staff and the airport transfer. We are sorry we were not able to give you the room you had booked; this is why you have been given 2 alternative choices that you have visited. It is true that 1 lamp and the shower head had to be replaced but it has been done just little time after you told it. If you want to give another chance, you will be most welcomed and receive a surprise. We wish you all the best for this New-year in good health and good wealth.

Dear guest, Thank you for your good comments and appreciation concerning the location of the Riad and the staff. Concerning the number of people per room, all our rooms are different and some are more spacious than others. With so "Good" comments, we are quite sad and surprised to see 6/10. We do not understand.

Hello Deborah, We understand our Riad is not a place for you. We are amazed you tell afterwards and on internet only that you had no cold water, only hot water. This is 1st time we hear that. If you had problems, we are always happy to help the guest... when they ask us. As for banging the plates, if this is true that the rooms are not "soundproof"... nobody is banging on purpose, we are so sorry if you are so sensitive. Definitely, we have many happy returning guests, definitely you better choose a "modern sound proof hotel". As for the "crying baby", this could happen everywhere even in 6* hotels... excepted when you choose "adults only"... as for flying, and not hear babies crying, which I fully understand that it can be more the annoying, to avoid this, the only way is to fly with your own private jet. I wish you to enjoy your time in appropriate place. PS. We would appreciate you communicate your full name, room and precise time of stay as you didn't mention it and we wish to double check the "water problem" as no other guest told us...

También nos entristece que haya olvidado lo que recibió sin pagar o apreciar. Claramente, nuestro Riad no es un lugar para ustedes. Todas las fotos son reales y estamos felices que otros huéspedes vienen y decidan a volver otra vez y también a recomendarnos. Puedes notarlo leyendo la mayoría de los comentarios. Je tiens à vous dire que j'ai demandé au personnel et qu'ils m'ont bien confirmé que aucun lit n'est brisé. Si quelque chose vous manquait ou faisait défaut, le mieux n'est il pas d'en parler directement et ainsi nous pouvons voir ensemble et régler le problème si problème il y a. Nous somme heureux que vous appréciez le service des employés qui dites vous font le maximum. Je suis étonnée que vous n'ayez pas pu montrer le problème que vous indiquez après avoir quitter. Tout est fait maison avec des ingrédients frais et nous sommes très heureux que vous l'avez apprécié. Nous somme désolés si vous n'avez pas reçu les pantoufles. Il est exact qu'elles ne sont pas toujours d'office dans chaque chambre. Vous les recevez sur simple demande. Nous serons heureux de vous recevoir à nouveau chez nous et vous offrirons alors des pantoufles durables avec plaisir et une chambre plus spacieuse en fonction de nos disponibilités. First you kindly have written : MArina NiniReçus : mars 3 Arrivée: Personnel agréable,Rapidité,Accueillant You say it is to much expensive ... here was the nightly fee for you : EUR 61.82 ...with breakfast included with freshly squeezed orange juice...and complimentary tea any time. We know you would have prefered to be able to smoke anywhere in the Riad.... which we can only allow to do so on the rrof terrasse. The weather was not always particulary sunny when you came, but this we can not change. We wish you the very best.
