Fantastisk ferie
En virkelig dejlig oplevelse at bo på Riad Hasna. Et gammelt, hyggeligt hotel i god stand. Virkelig dejlig tagterrasse med fin mindre pool, hyggeligt loungeområde. Hotellet ligger væk fra støj og larm. Det ligger utrolig centralt tæt på Jeema el Fna pladsen og de hyggelige souk gader. Taxaerne holder ude på den store gade, tæt på hotellet. Man går ind af mange snoede små veje for at komme til hotellet, men man lurer hurtigt vejen. Personalet er utrolig venlige og hjælper med alt hvad du ønsker. De snakker dog ikke ret godt engelsk, så vi brugte en del tegnesprog. Hotellets morgenmad er virkelig lækker og vi fik alt det vand og tee vi ville have uden beregning.

Fantastic 4-night Stay!
We had an absolutely amazing 4-night stay at Riad Hasna Espi & Spa! First of all, the location in the Medina was fantastic! Literally a 2-minute walk to the cultural center of the walled city of Marrakech. Locating the Riad however was a bit challenging, and if it wasn't for the help of some passer-bys we likely would not have found it so quickly as GPS absolutely is unreliable within the Medina. But apart from that, the staff greeted us warmly with mint tea & cookies and we had a nice little chat and a relaxing start to our stay. Our apartment was well appointed and very clean. Very spacious and comfortable. We were in the Koutoubia Room on the top floor. Breakfast was served everyday by very doting staff members and it was delicious with crepes, jellies & jams, sweet breads, and fantastic orange juice and coffee. The star of this Riad is the location close to the Medina and the absolutely fantastic roof top terrace complete with plenty of shade structures and a very nice pool that we used in the evenings after a hot day of exploring the old city. Also, there are many dining options in the area around the Riad that are consistently delicious and very inexpensive. The central Mosque of Marrakech, Koutoubia, is a very short walk away as are transportation options. We really enjoyed this experience and would absolutely not hesitate to recommend it highly. Fantastic stay!

Tolle Unterkunft. Die Lage ist perfekt und die Angestellten waren sehr herzlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch das Hamam Behandlung im Riad war sehr angenehm und zum empfehlen.

Five star service!
Five star service upon arrival! We booked the shuttle through the Riad and was welcomed by the bellboy to direct us through the maze of alleys to the Riad. Upon entry to the Riad, we were given mint tea and pastries on the house before a tour of the place and to our room. The staff were super friendly and helpful during our stay, recommending restaurants for us as well as calling some in advance to check if they had spaces available. Breakfast was lovely but is pretty much the same thing daily so can get a bit boring if you are staying a long time, but was perfect for us over a long weekend trip.

Das Zimmer war ok, Es gibt keine richtige Dusche, Die eingebaute Badewanne hatte keine Duschwand. die Badewanne war sehr glatt. Treppen im Riad sehr steil und eng. Kein Aufzug. Die Dachterrasse sehr schön. Das Frühstück sehr süß, Keine Brötchen immer süßer Kuchen. Der Kaffee in Thermoskannen schmeckte muffig. Das Riad ist schwer zu finden

Riad in the Old Medina is a winner
The Riad is adorable. It is located in a small alley, and the GPS coordinates were wrong in the mapping service we downloaded. That made getting there a bit confusing until we had the route down. The people were delightful and did a great job making our stay pleasant. They did go out of their way to serve us breakfast early on days we had to get out before normal. Breakfasts are standard Continental. This means juice, a fruit cocktail, pastries and coffee. Nice, but not going to set you up for the whole day. Overall, quite pleased with the stay.

Would highly recommend!
We stayed at the Riad Hasna for 3 days. It was the best place we could have possibly picked to stay and my friend and I were treated like absolute princesses. The staff are the most helpful people you will meet in Morocco and went above and beyond to help us figure our way to the next destination. The rooftop is a stunning place to eat a chicken tagine whilst watching the sunset. We asked for a transfer to the Riad as it would have been very difficult to find the way on your own. Will definitely choose to stay here again.

This riad was great! the terrace was absolutely beautiful and our room was as well! The staff were all wonderful. Breakfast every morning was delicious! I wish we had a chance to enjoy dinner here as well. It is a short walk from the main square, although it is confusing to find initially! But the staff came to meet us when we first arrived. I’d recommend this place if you’re in Marrakech!

Great stay in authentic Marrakech Riad.
Pros: Great internet. Very pleasant service. Huge room. Pool and quiet roof area to overlook parts of the city. Very quiet. A place to rest, work or study. Very close to Marrakech square. Cons: one piece of info mis quoted in EURO instead of Durham.It cost me time and money to get the right quote. They need more signs. The narrow path ways ( topical of all Riads) would have been less intimidating if signs were clearly placed to assure you you are going to the right place. Disneyland was shooting film footage. The area is authentic. It was a great stay. I would recommend it.

Der er så hyggeligt og rart. Dejligt rent og pænt værelse med A/C og badeværelse med badekar, som man dog ikke bruger da der er en skøn lille pool på taget. Teressen er helt vidunderlig og med en skøn udsigt. Stemningen emmer af 1001 eventyr! Men, på trods af, at vi havde bestilt lufthavns-transport via Riad Hasna, udeblev denne, og vi måtte betale det dobbelte for en taxa. Vi forelagde den fejl til hotel manageren, der påtog sig sit ansvar og undskyldte, dog uden nogen form for kompensation.

A nice riad to visit Marrakesh and the souk
The riad is located a few minutes from the souk of Marrakesh. Our room on the second floor was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom has seen better days but had plenty of fluffy towels and bathrobes. The terrace is tranquile and has a small pool to cool down. I was surprised because the pictures on this website have a photoshopped blue sky, it looks much nicer in reality! The team running the riad are hospitable and attentive. Will definitely go back.

Nice riad with lots of character
We had a bedroom for 3 people with one very large and comfortable double bed and a smallish single. Some people may feel the place needs to be refurbished but we liked the character. There is a very nice terrace with a tiny pool to freshen up. As other people commented breakfast could be better and would improve the overall experience significantly. The service is excellent with friendly employees that are always smiling. Location is very convenient. Be aware it is 5 min inside the Médina so a taxi won’t be able to take you to the front door.

Excellent emplacement, jouissez d’un petit coin de paradis, calme et silencieux à l’entrée du souk et à seulement 2 minutes à pieds de la Koutoubia et de la place Jemaa el Fna. Piscine (eau à température idéale) et terrasse agréables. Personnel très gentil, merci à Hassan pour sa disponibilité! Nous recommandons les yeux fermés!

wenn man es dann mal gefunden hat,( keiner kannte es).man kann mit dem Auto nicht hinfahren,weil die Gassen zu eng sind., ist es super. Man kann alles zu fuß machen, auch abends sind die kleinen Gassen beleuchtet.Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und die Dachterrasse noch schöner.Man frühstückt dort auch.Ein kleiner Pool ist auch vorhanden. Sehr gemütlich und familiaer.Es hat nur wenige Zimmer, aber ganz ruhig trotz medina.

Riad très compliqué à trouver, même avec l'aide de locaux qui ont essayé de joindre la réception sans succès. Nous sommes finalement arrivés et avons été amenés dans notre chambre sans un mot ni une vérification de notre identité. A ma demande la dame est tout de même revenue avec un papier où était griffonné mon nom mais sans plus. Aucune information en chambre sur les horaires de petit déjeuner, les activités ou excursions possibles, pas de bouteille d'eau... Nous avons donc démarré par faire un tour du riad et par poser des questions à la seule personne présente qui malheureusement ne parlait ni anglais ni français. Points positifs: terrasse magnifique avec vue sur la Koutoubia, petite piscine suffisante pour se rafraîchir après une journée de visite et transats et canapés à disposition avec serviettes, situation idéale à proximité de la place Jema et pourtant calme absolu dans la chambre, petit dejeuner frais et fait maison servi sur la terrasse, chambre spacieuse et confortable. Points négatifs: très peu d'informations et d'échanges avec le personnel, serviettes de toilettes qui ne sont plus de première fraîcheur et qui n'ont pas été changées de la semaine, 2 lits simples collés au lieu d'un lit double, obligés de sonner et d'attendre (parfois longtemps) à la porte pour rentrer dans le riad, on nous a facturé des bouteilles d'eau en fin de séjour alors qu'on pensait que c'était inclus, service de transfert aéroport proposé au double du prix moyen constaté (250 dhs !).

Pillamos a una persona del hotel metiendo la mano en el bolso de mi mujer. Se negaban a dar el desayuno a las 8, cuando era de 8 a 10,30h. Cucaracha en el baño. El cuarto y el estado del retrete deplorables. Lo único bueno la terraza y el desayuno.

Tres bon choix de Riad pour loger dans le centre
Le Riad est très bien située, à 5/10mn à pied des Souks et de la place Jemma El Fna. Les chambres sont spacieuse et le confort suffisant. Le personnel agréable et aidant. Le petit dej fait maison est parfait, ni trop ni pas assez. Le grand plus de ce Riad en plus de sa localisation est la terrasse avec piscine (plus grande qu'il n'y parait sur les photos ). Ensoleillement all day long et vu sur la koutoubia ce qui fait oublier les petits défauts. C'est un parfait rapport qualité prix !

Les chambres sont très belles, l'accueil est excellent. Le personnel est charmant, au petit soin. Les propriétaires sont tout aussi sympathiques et sont de très bon conseil pour profiter de Marrakech. Je recommande vivement ce Ryad.

Sehr schönes Riad in der Medina
Das Riad liegt gut gelegen in der Medina, zum Platz ist es nicht weit zu laufen. Auch in die Souks und zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man gut zu Fuß gehen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, auch für drei Personnen ausreichend. Das Frühstück ist spartanisch- alle Speisfn portioniert. Man muss fragen, wenn man noch etwas möchte. Außerdem dauert es lange bis es serviert wird. Frühstück ist eigentlich ab acht, aber meist war um die Zeit keiner da. Wenn man allerdings einen Ausflug macht kann man es auch früher bekommen. Durchwegs waren alle Angestellten sehr NETT und hilfsbereit. Jedoch hat nur die Dame an der Rezeption welche nicht so oft da war, englisch gesprochen. Alle anderen arabisch und ein bisschen französisch!

A bit out of the way, but well maintained and good overall cleanliness. Good quality & plentiful breakfast. Staff all friendly and manageress very helpful, but, when not present, struggled to communicate with other staff even in French.
