Inside a private estate with 24/7 security on the Ourika road (km 15), opposite the Aquafun water park (5 min), Villa Aqua welcomes up to 12 guests with no overlooking neighbours. The Medina and Jemaa el-Fna square are about 25 minutes away. A heated infinity pool, a private beldi hammam, a rooftop terrace facing the Atlas mountains and plenty of games make it ideal for big families and groups of friends.

Living Spaces
A bright living room opens onto the pool through large glass doors, with a Smart TV (Netflix and IPTV) and a fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen and the dining area make shared meals easy.

Pool & Wellness
Infinity pool of 11 x 4 m surrounded by sun loungers and garden.
Pool heating on request (25-28 °C): €60/day for the entire stay, to be booked 48 to 72 hours in advance. In winter, the pool must be kept covered at night and after use; otherwise we cannot be held responsible for a drop in temperature.
Private beldi hammam: €20 per day of use, to be booked 24 hours in advance.

Service & Dining
A housekeeper and a cook are on site every day from 8 AM to 5 PM. Staff do not work on Sundays, except on check-in or check-out days, so no meals are served on Sundays.
On request, our cook prepares your meals at the villa (groceries included):
- Moroccan breakfast: €7 per adult (free for stays of 4+ nights)
- Brunch: €10 per adult
- Lunch or dinner (starter, main, dessert, drinks): €15 per adult
- Children: half price, free under 10

Optional Services
- In-villa massages: from €50 per person
- Airport transfer (stays under 4 nights): €10 per adult
- Private driver (Medina, Gueliz, restaurants): €40 per one-way trip, for the whole group

Important Details & House Rules
Formalities: in line with Moroccan law, a passport copy for every adult guest must be sent to us at least 24h before arrival.
Visitors: only guests registered on the booking may access the villa. Any outside visitor must be approved in writing at least 24h in advance, with ID.
Parties & events: strictly forbidden. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Non-smoking indoors: allowed on the terraces only. A €500 fee applies if smoke odour or marks are found inside.
Linen: any towel stained or damaged will be charged €15.
The villa is staffed and our team has access to the property for housekeeping and services. If you prefer that nobody enters during your stay, please tell us at the start of your stay; housekeeping and services will then be suspended.

Guest Access
The entire villa is yours exclusively: living room, kitchen, 6 bedrooms, rooftop terrace, hammam, garden and pool. The gardener may pass discreetly early in the morning.

Other Things to Note
Capacity: 12 guests maximum. Tap water is not drinkable. As the property is located in a hot climate, small insects may occasionally appear despite regular treatments. Booking implies that you have read and accepted all the terms of the listing, including the house rules.
