“Good part: Got upgrade which was a pleasant surprise! Room and beach access was superb. There were turtles in the sea during our visit! Bad part: Wifi was down almost the whole stay. The handle of Covid-19 was below expected from a 5 star hotel, any hotel really. No control of guest not wearing mask. Also the food was below expected of a 5 star. The food and guests sadly made this feel more like a 3.5 star hotel.”

“Great location for snorkelling - house reef is in good condition. The reef is accessable from a hetty which is regulated by lifeguards who sign you in and out of the water for your safety as the water is generally quite rough. The reef inland is very shallow but great for novices and children to swim/snorkel safely. The hitel has activities throughout the day as well as evening entertainment.
