Dear Mr Bengt, we work every day to give our guests the best in every experience, we are very sorry to read your words. Regarding the price you are talking about we do not honestly understand what it refers to as in our structure there are no rooms at a cost of € 30.00. About the shampoo we have procedures that involve checking each room before the guest arrives and consequently replacing shampoo and more. We are sorry if it happened, but we always point out at check in that we are at your complete disposal for any need. As for breakfast, drinks are made by request and waiting times are for preparation only, after which they are served immediately. We are very sorry to hear that you did not like dinner, our structure focuses on the highest quality both on our services and on every other aspect, we welcome your words and invite you to come back soon, confident that you will be able to enjoy our Baglio to the fullest!

Thank you for leaving us some feedback. The quality of our services, the cleanliness of our rooms and our clients' overall experience is very important to us. None the less we have taken note of the negative qualities you mentioned. There are some things like "the wind" we have no control over. You were unfortunate to visit us when the weather was not so nice. We did take action immediately with the children playing in the corridors and did our best to make sure it did not continue to occur. Dear Lars,Thank you for your review. We are sorry about your experience finding the hotel, we always suggest out guests to use google maps, the most accurate navigation system in the area! As for the wifi, we understand it was difficult not having it but the problem came from our provider, not from us. For this reason we had wifi routers available for our guests to use.
