  • Luxurious 140-square-meter penthouse spanning the entire 4th floor, featuring two large landscaped terraces (105 square meters and 125 square meters). Stunning ocean views and sunsets over the Aegean Islands and Erice!

    The elegantly furnished, bright living room with dining area is the heart of the apartment and offers direct access to the large terraces. From here, you can enjoy ocean views all the way to the Aegean Islands and Erice in every season.

    The bright bedrooms also open onto the terraces and, like all rooms, are comfortably air-conditioned. One bedroom features a desk with a computer monitor, making it ideal for remote work. The elegant bathrooms have been recently renovated, and one bathroom features a large whirlpool tub.

    The spacious kitchen is very well-equipped and also features a dining table.

    The penthouse is located on the waterfront promenade, where you can go for walks or jogs. The historic old town is a 10-minute walk away. There are excellent restaurants here. The First Lido is a 5-minute walk away, and the long white-sand beaches of Marsala are 6 km away. The unique salt pans of Marsala are 10 km away.

    Marsala is the perfect starting point for exploring the province of Trapani in western Sicily in all directions.
