Situated on the edge of the charming town of Marsala on the western coast of Sicily, Villa Addolorata is an exclusive countryside property set in a beautiful garden full of citrus trees and aromatic and ornamental plants. The villa has a large private swimming pool and sunny terraces which are perfect spots for breakfasts and al fresco dining.

Villa Addolorata is a perfect base for visiting the old town of Marsala and the archaeological island of Mozia. Also within reach are the picturesque salt pans which line the shoreline between Marsala and Trapani and further afield, you could visit Trapani and Erice, as well as the Egadi Islands and the seaside Greek temples of Segesta and Selinunte.

The 300 square meter villa develops over 3 floors and is split between a Manor House and an Annexe.

The Manor House

The ground floor includes a sitting room with comfortable sofas, chairs and a table; a study with a desk, comfortable chairs and a decorative fireplace; a modern well-equipped kitchen with table and chairs; a dining room adjacent to the kitchen; 1 twin bedroom; 1 bathroom with tub and 1 bathroom with shower; and a laundry room.

On the first floor we find 1 double bedroom with a French bed (suitable for 2 children or 1 adult), 1 single room with a single bed and 1 bathroom with a shower.

On the second floor there is the master bedroom with a double bed, en-suite tub and large double doors leading to an outside terrace with seating and a view of the surrounding countryside.

The Annexe

The annexe ground floor is composed of a living/dining room with kitchenette, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower.

The outside area is composed of a private swimming pool (6x12m; 1.2-2.4m deep; depuration: salt; open from 23/03 to 10/11). A terrace and patio with pergola (outdoor kitchen, barbecue and dining area), garden and sun terrace.

Internal Facilities: Kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms cleaned daily - 4h per day. Air conditioning, heating, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, 2 fridges, freezer, microwave, Wi-Fi, 3 televisions, CD player, DVD player, black coffee percolator, espresso machine, toaster, iron, kettle, hairdryer, highchair, Hob: 9 gas burners, ice maker.
