Villa Signorina is a lovely modern villa with a swimming pool. Just a stone’s throw from the beach of Lido Signorino, the villa is within walking distance of a restaurant and 6 km from Marsala, where you can find shops, banks, and more restaurants. Perfect for exploring western Sicily with its fishing villages, the Zingaro nature reserve, the salt pans, Trapani, Erice, Segesta and San Vito Lo Capo.

The villa (200 sqm) develops over two non-connecting floors. It is part of a property that includes an additional villa, where the owners live. They only occasionally use the pool.

On the ground floor, you will find an open plan living room with a sitting area (with comfortable seating), a dining area (with table seating six) and a well-equipped kitchen area. In the sleeping area, you will find two double bedrooms (with double beds), one twin bedroom (with two single beds), one bathroom (with shower), one bathroom (with bath) and one bathroom/laundry room (with shower , washing machine and iron).

On the lower floor (CLOSED OFF WHEN VILLA IS BOOKED WITH PRICE FOR UP TO 6), you will find a further open plan living room with a sitting area (with comfortable seating), a dining area (with table seating six) and a well-equipped kitchen area. In the sleeping area, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed), one twin bedroom (with two single beds) and two bathrooms (with shower).

Outside, the villa features a large garden with a shared swimming pool (14 m x 6 m; depth 1.2 m – 1.5 m; heated up to 26°C; depuration - salt; open from 1 March – 30 November) with hydro massage corners, sun terrace (with sun loungers) . You will also find a large terrace with a seating area and shaded dining area (with table seating six), and a second terrace (with table seating four).
