Apartment 3, first floor, rear section, consisting of an entryway, living room, and kitchen opening onto an outdoor terrace with a sea view, equipped with a table and chairs for al fresco dining; one master bedroom; a sofa bed in the living room; and a bathroom with a shower stall.
Each apartment has a private parking space within the complex.
