Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 33 m² living room, fitted kitchen, five good bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The flat is ideally located in Marseille, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Given the residential area, no parties or noise pollution will be tolerated.
We are in constant contact with our neighbours, who ensure that the area remains calm.

Public transport :
- The T3 tramway line passes at the foot of the building, and metro lines 1 and 2 are accessible from Castellane station, 3 stops away.
- The nearest car park is Q-Park Baret Saint-Ferréol.
- Saint Charles station is 15 minutes away by public transport via Metro 2 Station Notre-Dame du Mont, or on foot.
- The airport is accessible by shuttle bus to Saint Charles station, but we advise you to use taxis or Uber-type drivers.
