Decent apartment hotel in the city centre
Convenient location, just a few minutes walk from the central train station, easy to find, and a few min. walk from the Old Port area. Metro station is just around the corner. Great personnel, cheerful and helpful, providing good service.Quick check-in and check-out. Studio Room/Apartment is big enough for one person, equipped with needed kitchenware. There is a small balcony with a table and chairs. On minus side, the hotel is facing another close standing building. Room cleanliness is acceptable.

Bra lägenhetshotell
Ett prisvärt lägenhetshotell bekvämt beläget mellan stationen och gamla hamnen. Rummen är lite små om man är en familj, men de är rena och fräscha. Området precis runt hotellet kan upplevas som lite ruffigt, men man känner sig inte otrygg. Ett bra val med närhet till det mesta.

Trots att det stod att hotellet hade parkeringsplatser så kunde de inte erbjuda oss någon där vår bil skulle få plats. Föreslog ett parkeringshus nere i hamnen (2 km från hotellet) Då vi inte hade någonstans att parkera kunde vi inte stanna på hotellet. Fick inga pengar tillbaks för rummet :-(

The hotel itself was fine, especially the staff, but we did not like the location. Neighbourhood was rundown, streets were not clean. View from the room was unsightly. Despite this, the Staycity brand of hotels is good with great value for money.

Hotel staff was very nice and spoke English. We were on the 6th floor with no view of anything spectacular. Its Mid November and it was 35C (95F) in our room and they wouldnt unlock the AC control. We opened the balcony door to let the cool air in, but ended up having to close it due to the bugs and getting bug bites. Could of been bug bites but pretty sure it was mosquitoes. Smart TV but not hooked up properly. Food was okay. If you are starving its okay. But walk 10 minutes and get something good.

Mauvaise isolation
Chambre plutôt propre et établissement renové qui aurait pu rendre le séjour agréable entre sa situation proche gare et vieux port. Seul problème nous nous sommes rendus compte dans la nuit que la baie vitrée de l’extérieur ne fermait pas correctement. Nous avons donc « dormi » avec les aboiements, les sirènes de police et le camion poubelle lors de sa tournée. Étant enceinte autant dire que la nuit n’a absolument pas été reposante et le séjour décevant …

The property is in a great location, easy to get to with the metro and bus routes on its doorstep. The apartment that we stayed in was large, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with a fridge, coffee machine, kettle, milk, microwave, the works. The internet connection was also great in the rooms so it's great place for WFH. What we didn't like was the limited lighting in the apartment, it was really dark even with the lamp(s). Unfortunately for us one wall light wasn't in working condition and one lamp was flickering which isn't comfortable to the eye. The bathroom that we received was great for accessible needs but otherwise after showering leaning against the wall, still came out to a very wet floor. Overall I would still stay here but would ask for extra lighting and a better apartment.
