The beach was calling.

Now that we live in the desert escaping to the beach was exactly what we needed. The house was sparkling clean. it had exactly what we needed. The close proximity to restaurants was awesome, but having the sound of the waves every morning was more than we could ask for.We definitely will return.

Great location

Our vacation went smoothly with plenty of room and direct beach access. This property was clean, nicely decorated and equipped well for our vacation. (Beach chairs, beach towels, canopy for the beach…) We had all we needed with a quick walk to restaurants, ice cream and local food market. We were concerned about parking, but had plenty at the esplanade. The enclosed porch facing the ocean was beautifully furnished!!

Beachfront gem

This cottage is wonderful. The location to the esplanade with restaurants is ideal. We loved the stairs right down to the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the screened porch at night listening to the waves. Sunsets and sunrises are beautiful. Would definitely stay there again! 😀❤️

Relaxing Vacation right on the Water!

Beautiful home right on the water. Owner supplied lots of amenities. Loved having a washer & dryer and linens and towels supplied! Beds were very comfortable and sleeping to the sounds of the ocean was perfect. Quiet location with nice restaurants nearby. Our weather wasn't the best but we actually enjoyed watching the stormy seas and several seals were seen daily from our porch. Would love to return again in the future!

Great location! Beautiful view of ocean yet close to restaurants and shops. Cozy home-nice layout. We had a little trouble with tv prime channels. (Maybe our fault). Loved watching birds and seals play in the tide!

Nice house - walking distance to restaurants and shops

House was very clean and comfortable. Driveway was a little tough but no big deal. It’s on the ocean but the beach is all rocks and not really able to swim on. That being said the view is beautiful. Owners were kind and very responsive.

The house was fine, but if it was disclosed that I would be staring at a 6 foot concrete break wall while sitting in the yard I would not have booked it. I booked the house to be able to sit in the lawn chair and see the water. Which I could not.

This perfectly maintained home features high-end amenities, including a Thermador Range and Oven and a De’Longhi Coffee/Espresso maker. The attention to detail throughout the property is evident, with every element thoughtfully designed making this an Outstanding rental experience.The outdoor amenities are equally impressive, offering beachfront access, a fire pit, and ample space for relaxation. Our group of 11 was comfortably accommodated, with the expansive layout providing more than sufficient room for all. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the property offers convenient parking on the street and in the driveway. The beach is just a short walk away, and Carlsbad Village is easily accessible by a brief drive, making it an ideal location.I had the pleasure of meeting the host, who is genuinely kind, professional, and dedicated to ensuring a great stay. This property is an outstanding choice for large groups or families seeking 5 start a retreat.Highly recommended—6 out of 5 stars.

Great Stay!

We enjoyed our visit at this home. Convenient location, great view! We visited from Texas (natives of Hingham) to visit our 91 year mother. Brought her to the house for lunch and to play cards. She loved it as well. Close to restaurants and local market. Market was WAY more than groceries: on site bakery, deli and sandwiches! Easy day trips to the Cape, Martha's Vineyard and to Boston. Looking forward to our next trip and stay at this home.

Perfect beach location

The house is warm and inviting. You can listen to the ocean waves all night long. Sitting in the yard or on the porch is relaxing and invigorating. Watching the sun rise was awesome. Being only a few feet from the ocean and beach was great. Just carry the cooler and chairs down the steps to the beach and you are in summer heaven.

The perfect little spot on Cape Cod Bay.

We absolutely loved the location of this property. The house was very comfortable for us with easy access to all rooms. We adored being right on the water and we walked that wonderful seawall everyday. All the photos of this property were spot on with no surprises. Even the neighbors were extremely friendly. We truly will be renting this property on our next trip to New England.

Summer Vacation 2019

This house is in a great location and our family had a fantastic time. It has a nice beach area for swimming and exploring. We hope to reserve it again for another vacation.
