âStaff are incredibly hospitable, room was extremely clean. Location is ideal as it's close to beach, restaurants, shops and transit into Porto. I didn't choose breakfast option as I wanted to try local restaurants nearby and in Porto during my stay. Gym is small but well equipped. Would definitely recommend this hotel as it was wonderful! â

âWe really liked the beds, the A/C kept the room very comfortable, and we were able to check-in a little bit early due to when pur flight arrived. It was quiet, and convenient to the beach. I would definitely stay again.â

âOur room was beautiful, perfect for us. We loved having our own fridge. Everything was perfect, location, very clean, very helpful and lovely staff, always there if you needed anything. If you didn't want to walk then there is a lovely restaurant next door, it's part of the same building but a separate business.

âBest location on Matosinhos. 1-minute walk to Sul Matosinhos metro, 5 minutes to the beach, and plenty of restaurants and good groceries around.
Chsrming property. The walls are pretty tin and staircase is squeaking a lot. temperature control goes random at time and door locks are tiny.
great housekeeping service.
Overall i recommend and will consider booking again.â

âFree Parking, safe, excellent location, near beach, Excellent staff especially the night person a older man helped with our check out at 5:00 AM... He also put the soccer game in the cafeteria for us to watch at 8:00 PM.â
âIt was a lovely stay at this guest house. The place was very clean and within walking distance to the beach, as a plus. There were good restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and the neighborhood felt quiet and safe. Overall, it was a very lovely experience.â

âVĂ„r vistelse var vĂ€ldigt kort. Kom sent pĂ„ kvĂ€llen och vĂ„rt flyg gick tidigt. Var vĂ€ldigt imponerad över att de hade laddboxar och att parkering ingick. Betalades smidigt med Miio-appen. Rummet var bra, Ă€ven om extrasĂ€ngarna var lite vĂ€l hĂ„rda för vĂ„r smak. Jag10 min med bil till flygplatsen var vĂ€ldigt praktiskt. â

"The reason to book HF Ipanema park is that it is not in the city centre and that is has an outside pool. The problem is that by the outside pool they play ridiculously loud music. Which makes sense at night but not during the day. So the calmness you are looking for during the day with some music in the background ends up being so loud music that in hurts your ears. When we asked if they could lower the music they responded that they are not allowed from management. So I would never stay at this hotel again for this sole reason and if you are staying hear, bring good earplugs for the pool area. The music is also really bad background music that you hear in stores where you buy clothes but a lot louder. They also raise the music during the day in intervalls.
Overall hotel. Not five stars even though measured in Portuguese measures. Very unhelpful personnel, except maybe in the restaurant. It seems that none who work there are happy with their place of work. Any question was met with short and ridiculed answers. I asked for conditioner for the hair and the response was ânoâ with a smirky smile like I was stupid. No I would not recommend this hotel. It needs a change in management. Rooms are clean according to Spanish/portugese standards. Gym area and inside pool nice. Breakfast with fresh fruits but not a wow moment. "
