Enjoy modern classic charm and the feel of the country in a sprawling villa set in expansive lawns, while being a five minute walk from the centre of town with its boutique shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. 

A five minute walk the other way and you can relax at some of the well-known local vineyard cellar doors with their gourmet wine and food offerings. The towns other vineyards are just a short bike ride or drive away.

The Villa offers open plan living | kitchen, study, two bathrooms and three bedrooms - two king & one queen bed. The pool house has a kitchenette, queen bed and bathroom.

Enjoy a contemporary open-plan kitchen and living area, a study, two bathrooms and three bedrooms - two with king beds and one with a queen. A separate pool house adds extra space, complete with its own kitchenette, queen bed and bathroom. Each of the airy bedrooms have their own unique features.

One of the front bedrooms has a large bay window that overlooks the front gardens, while the other has an ensuite and French doors to a verandah with vineyard views. The middle bedroom looks out over the iconic St Anthony of Padua church.

The fourth bedroom is part of the Pool House. With large wrap around windows it overlooks both the pool, lawns and vineyard.  

A feature of the open-plan lounge area is the large, abstract art which dots rooms throughout the villa. It also has one of the two ornate fireplaces.  French doors open at one end to wooden decks and there is a comfortable lounge chair and couch, along with a 48” TV.  

Flowing from the lounge is a large kitchen, with clean modern lines, a bench seat dining area and separate pantry.  There is a full range of cooking and serving options, along with appliances. The windows open up to the outdoor kitchen to easily co-ordinate cooking while the French doors lead to the large back deck.

Along the hall, the study overlooks the pool and opens to the front verandah, as well as offering a second living area in the house with a 39” TV option. Unlimited wifi is available throughout the property. 

Set apart from the house is the Pool House, which along with a sleeping area has a kitchenette, dining space and a full bathroom. With its own deck and outdoor living, the Pool House offers privacy while still remaining connected to the main house. 

Surrounded on many sides by a native pittosporum hedge, planted to create a bird belt, the section also features a butterfly and bee garden at its entrance and topiary gardens around the house.
