The towns other vineyards are just a short bike rideor drive away.  This grandhomestead offers effortless indoor - outdoor living with a seasonal pool, hottub, outdoor kitchen and several deck areas, all set among sprawling lawns on agenerous section. Relax after a dip in the pool and soak in the hot tub with abbq on the outdoor kitchen and star gazing at night. Enjoy acontemporary open-plan kitchen and living area, a study, two bathrooms andthree bedrooms - two with king beds and one with a queen. A separate pool houseadds extra space, complete with its own kitchenette, queen bed and bathroom. Each of theairy bedrooms have their own unique features. One of the two front bedrooms hasa large bay window that overlooks the front gardens, while the other has anensuite and French doors to a verandah with vineyard views. The middle bedroomlooks out onto the side garden and St Anthony of Padua church. The fourthbedroom is part of the Pool House, set on a deck with large windows itoverlooks both the pool and vineyard.  The open-planlounge area features one of the pieces of large, abstract art which dots roomsof the villa. It also has one of the two ornate fireplaces.  French doors open at one end to wooden decksand there is a comfortable lounging chair and couch, along with a 48” TV.  Flowing fromthe lounge is a large kitchen, with clean modern lines, a bench seat diningarea and separate pantry.  There is afull range of cooking and serving options, along with appliances. The windowsopen up to the outdoor kitchen to easily co-ordinate cooking while the Frenchdoors lead to the large back deck.  Along thehall, the study overlooks the pool and opens to the front verandah, as well asoffering a second living area in the house with a 39” TV option. Unlimited wifiis available throughout the property. Set apartfrom the house is the Pool House, which along with a sleeping area has akitchenette, dining space and a full bathroom.
