All apartments are equipped with air conditioning, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave oven, an induction hob, an automatic coffee and cappuccino machine, and a 50" TV, among other comforts. An electronic safe will allow you to keep your belongings safe. The property is equipped with an elevator.
Keyless access is provided; a unique code will grant you access to the pedestrian gate, the stairwell door, and the main door.
A 500 square meter shared garden surrounds the property, with several recreational areas as well as outdoor showers for washing sand and other items. A children's area with a miniature house and various games for their entertainment, a relaxation area with a gazebo surrounded by palm and fruit trees, tables, and armchairs furnish this Zen-like space, as well as a wood-fired pizza oven and a barbecue. complete the package.

100 meters, including a sports complex with tennis courts, a skating rink, and a playground.
The property is located less than 90 meters from the main beach, opposite Gran Canarie Square, where summer evening shows take place. The beach is among the safest on Italian coastlines, thanks to its shallow, warm water (ideal for children) and its surrounding breakwaters, which further protect it from any unforeseen events.
During the summer, each apartment includes a beach umbrella and two loungers at the Portofino beach club.
