âRiktigt bra hotell! Sköna sĂ€ngar, trevlig personal underbar frukost! Att det ligger pĂ„ flygplatsen var avgörande för oss. TĂ„get in till Milano gick snabbt och smidigt. â
âJag var dĂ€r bara en natt och allting funkade jĂ€ttebra. Visste lite försent att man kan ringa hotellet frĂ„n flygplatsen sĂ„ deras bil kommer och hĂ€mtar dig.â
âAllt var super bra redan frĂ„n incheckningen. Super god frukost och trevlig personal.
Och som cherry pĂ„ toppen sĂ„ hjĂ€lpte de att skicka min dotters telefon till flygplatsen. Hon glömde den i hotellrummet. Tusen tack för det!â

Staff are attentive. Fridge access request is carefully examined by staff and fulfill once the food that we want to store are examined. Appreciated!â
âGood relation price/comfort. Easy access from the highway. Service minded girl at the desk! Excelent room. Clean. No complaints about the standard. The room has a "one-car-garage" with a solid gate. Good solution, but our gate was hard to close (faulty, but it did work after several tries). The breakfast is a bit poor, compared to EU standard.â

"On the booking they promised pick up from and to the airport -- but they did not. i paid 80 euro in taxi back and forth to the airport and it was not worth the money. When I confronted the staff about that it said on the website that they offered the free taxi service -- she basically shrudded her shoulders and said that there is nothing she can do. She supported me with a taxi from the hotell that i had to pay myself and she said it would cosst 35 euro -- but when I got to the airport the taxi driver said 40 euro. He got really upset and could not speak english and just kept repeating "40 euro, 40 euro".
the hotel was noisy during night and the cleaning detergent smelled like someone dropped a whole perfume bottle in the room.
Overall I feel hustled, and it was not worth the money. "
"Strange location, not fun to find the hotel on your own when you are a single woman arriving Malpenza at 23:30 and you dont want to pay 20 euros for the taxi. Hotel did not reply my mail so I had no idea where to find the hotel shuttle bus. No info on hotel website about hotel shuttle service. Old and quite run down place but it was ok for the price you pay. "
