Trilo Comfort is a self-contained apartment for rent in the center of
Maruggio. All the most beautiful and authentic features, dating back to
the 17th century, have been restored and highlighted: exposed local
stone vaults, arches, and niches.

spacious living room features an open-concept built-in kitchen and a
charming stone fireplace as a decorative element; it is furnished with a
dining area and a double sofa bed. From the living room, you can step
out onto the patio, which is equipped with a sink and an outdoor shower.
A hallway leads from the living room to the full bathroom with shower and to the sleeping area.
The first is a spacious double bedroom. From here, a characteristic iron staircase leads to the basement, where the second bedroom with a French bed is located?a cozy and welcoming space that adds a unique touch to the apartment.

- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 25 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
