“Nice location, in a walkable distance to the subway (Tozai Line) and Maruyama Park. Sapporo Station and places around there (shopping, Hokkaido University, etc.) are also walkable, but it's a bit of a stretch, especially on hot days. Check-in and check-out was smooth. “the location is excellent. We drive and can park the car downstairs. There is a very nice Starbucks house just 3 mins walk away. Within 10 mins walk you can find a very nice shopping mall (MaxValu Maruyama Class Store). The flat is spacious and sufficient for six of us. Two bathrooms are a valid advantage. The obly comment is the kitchen ware is highly insufficient for cooking. Also please add a coffee machine there will be nice.”

Emphasis should be made that it checks all the boxes for what you could need during a trip - but that means that although the room compared to other hotels is large it is not spacious. “사진과 같이 넓고 편안한 숙소 였습니다!! 챙겨주신 수건과 어메니티들도 모자람 없이 충분했어요. 숙소에 식기와 전자렌지가 있어서 편의점에서 사온 음식 뎁혀먹기도 좋았고, 온풍기가 있어서 춥지 않았습니다! 젖은 옷을 말릴 수 있게 옷 행거도 있었고, 욕조가 있어서 반신욕 할 수도 있어서 추운날씨에 밖에 많이 돌아다니다가 들어와서 몸 담그니 너무 좋더라구요~ 다음에 삿포로가게되면 또 머물고 싶은 숙소였습니다. 숙소에 세탁기가 있어서 장기숙박해도 좋을듯해요!! ”

“very close to the covered walking street but is in the quiet end away from the crowded end. Very easy to walk up and close to the convenient store. The breakfast is ok but other hotel in the same area have better variety with about the same price. ”

“Very newly opened property near Odori Park. Everything about the hotel and my room feels very fresh and clean. Kind and friendly staff all around. Complimentary breakfast was provided for half my stay and it was pretty good. The hotel is within walking distance to the Sapporo TV Tower, Susukino, and Odori subway station. The hotel is surrounded by 3 parking lots for those arriving by car, which had the usual overnight parking fee. Will definitely return back when I visit Sapporo again.”
