âThe Best Western was disappointing. Maybe I had too high expectations as it was 30-50% more expensive than other budget options.
What was good:
The room was clean.
The bed was comfortable
The staff member who checked me in was very friendly.
What could be improved:
The blow dryer in my room didnât work.
The bathroom is small (but functional).

âThank you very much as they accommodated our need to be checked in early for a wedding and they were very receptive to that idea. It's a shame the water heater wasn't working and there was no hot water but we feel feel they are trying their best. They were very kind on the phone.â
âClean and comfortable! I appreciated the grab bars in the bathroom.
It would have been nice if there was some literature in the room re: time of breakfast. We missed the breakfast. And it would be nice if coffee was available around the clock in a coffee butler for the guests.
All in all, the stay was a wonderful experience. I would stay there again and I would recommend it to others.
