  • Welcome to this pleasant guest house with a beautiful view of the Smokey Mountains. Guests will find a cozy bedroom featuring a king bed, perfect for a restful night. The space includes a well-equipped bathroom with a towel warmer and hair dryer provided for your convenience. We also have on hand Body Wash, Shampoo, and Conditioner for your use. The kitchen is brand new with stainless appliances (including a dishwasher) and a Keurig coffee maker with fresh coffee pods, sugar, and creamer. We also provide basic condiments to include salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a few spices for you to use if you choose to prepare any meals. We offer two t.v.s; one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Enjoy a peaceful atmosphere where you can relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Whether you’re here for work or leisure, this tranquil retreat offers a comfortable stay. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our guest house. NO PETS, please. We want to maintain an environment free of pet allergens for those guests who may be sensitive otherwise.

We love our stay at the Badger House! Our host was excellent in communicating with us, and the property was just as described. Very clean, open floor plan, and fully stocked! All the appliances and furniture seem brand new and the bed was very comfortable. It was a perfect location for us meeting our family in Maryville and close to everything. We would have no hesitation coming back again!

Excellent property, very clean and quiet. Comfortable bed and furniture. Plenty of space in kitchen and living room. Great location not far from Great Smokey Mountain NP but away from bustle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Host were great people, very accommodating. Check in was super easy.. We loved it and will definitely use again.

Pristine! This was a real find for us. The time there could not have been better. We really enjoyed getting to know the hosts, and they were very helpful in telling us about some of the spots to check out. The accommodations themselves were spacious and all first class from the granite counter tops to the new king sized bed. The kitchen was fully equipped there was plenty of areas to store your suitcases or whatever else you might have. The views from the back of the property were great and the area itself had many beautiful homes. The location is very convenient to restaurants, parks and shopping.
