Villa Gitana (400 sqm) develops over two levels (ground floor and first floor).

On the ground floor, you will find a living room with lounge (with sofa, armchairs, and TV), dining area and a well-equipped kitchen (with island breakfast bar). There is a guest bathroom (with washbasin and toilet) and a laundry room and, in the sleeping area, two double bedrooms (with king size beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower).

On the first floor, there is another lounge (with sofa and TV), two double bedrooms (with king-size beds and terraces) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower), one double bedroom (with double bed), one single/double bedroom (with French bed suitable for one adult or two children) and one bathroom (with shower).

Outside, the villa has a garden (3000 sqm) with well-equipped terraces and a private swimming pool with a hydro-massage corner (6m x 13m; depth 1.5m; open from 1 March – 30 November; depuration salt) and sun terrace (with sun loungers). You will also find large terraces furnished with tables and chairs, an outdoor dining area (with table for 12), a barbecue, two showers and private parking inside the property.
