“The air conditioning in multiple rooms did not work. It would turn on for 10 minutes then give us an error code. The room stayed at 84 degrees all night and we needed to open the hallway door in the morning to let some air in. I made a note to hotel staff when they asked about our stay but they didn’t respond.”

“This hotel feels like a slice of paradise nestled on the canal. The rooms are large, well equipped, and situated so that you can park your car and walk to a nearby establishment, nature stroll (10 min walk in wooded area or longer on canal) the room is clean and breakfast is good. I wish I tipped the staff more. The Cape is so expensive and these people work alot to afford all that life requires. So if your fortunate enough to stay and enjoy free parking, water views, breakfast, please please...

“Very relaxing place, great interior and exterior, obviously inspired by Monet’s Giverny. Friendly staff, great breakfast and dinner. Fantastic room, apart from somewhat shaky wi-fi. The perfect spot to end our three week tour in New England!”

“The facility is well kept and clean. However, my daughter was also staying at the hotel and her room smelled musty. It was on the first level. She didn’t want to say anything because she was traveling with her 2 daughters and did t want to disrupt them. I requested her to say something. Other than that, the stay was most enjoyable. Breakfast choices were also good.”

“We needed an ADA compliant room for my husband, who uses a walker & wheelchair. The front desk person was welcoming and helpful. The room was perfect! Wood floors, grab bars around the bathroom and shower and it was like a 1 bedroom apartment! Our accommodations had a large bedroom, a separate living area, kitchenette, and nice bathroom. The hotel is located near lots of restaurants, shopping and easy access to the highways. The hotel is new. The bar and pool weren't open yet. When they...

“Breakfast was good. We appreciated a hot meal in the morning. The food at the bar needs to be improved. It was very expensive and the quality was low. Clam chowder was too thick and the cream separated from the soup so we returned it. Waiter was helpful and didn’t charge us for the soup. ”
