Stroll just a couple of minutes to spend fun-filled days kayaking, swimming, or fishing in bucolic Fells Pond (also known as Jim Pond). Venture two miles to Popponesset Beach or South Cape Beach State Park for days spent playing in the sand and gentle surf. Easily access a plethora of nearby shopping, dining, and entertainment options at Popponesset Marketplace, an open-air shopping village known for popular entertainment, great restaurants, boutique shops, and mini-golf. Kids will love visiting the Cape Cod Children's Museum (two and a half miles). Find outdoor adventure amidst 341 acres of natural beauty at Mashpee National Wildlife Refuge (seven miles).

Kick back on the sofa and armchairs in the open living room while enjoying the warm ambience of a wood-burning fireplace. Stream shows in the bonus living area, complete with a sectional, sofa, armchair, and 40-inch TV with Roku. When mealtime comes, prepare family favorite recipes in the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of helpful appliances. When it’s time to eat, gather around the formal dining table that seats six.

Find ultimate privacy in the downstairs primary suite, featuring cathedral ceilings, a 37-inch TV (with an HDMI port but no cable), a rocking chair, a large walk-in closet, and direct deck access. The en suite bath is configured with a tub/shower combination.

The back deck is furnished with two Adirondack chairs where you can sip morning coffee in the fresh sea air. Read a book or soak up the sun on two loungers. In the evening, make use of the gas grill and dine at the outdoor table for four. After beach days, rinse off in your outdoor shower.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
