“The room and hotel were super clean, breakfast was good. We had to check in late for our stay and the staff member on duty was awful, very rude. He didn't welcome us mumbled what he said and sent us with our keys and thats it!”

“Check in was fine and it's a basic 3 star hotel so I didn't have high expectations but to be told I have to plunge my kids rooms toilet and then only offered towels as a way to have the floor and toilet cleaned after dirty human waste water gets everywhere since the toilet was overflowing, is beyond disappointing and disturbing. “Clean room and quiet ”

“A perfect stay for business travelling, and probably for families or friends as well. The entire hotel is top standard where everything works as expected. The staff is polite and helpful, and the breakfast is fresh. Convinient free parking just outside the entrance and easy access to highways. In addition, several great restaurants are located within walking distance.”

“Bowling alley next door. Dont order door dash the people at the desk will say its ok there and then ur food comes up missing, they wont let you speak to a manager. The breakfast is not worth going to. Staff is rude towards you and your kid's. I watched them be rude with a couple who were married and visiting feom out of town. “Breakfast was excellent and the area was decorated for theMICHIGAN STATE UNIVERSITY GRADUATION, very nice!”

“This place was dirty, staff couldn't answer any questions and couldn't resolve any problems. The amenities that they said they had were all shut down such as pool, restaurant and lobby bathrooms. There was fighting above me all night so very difficult to sleep!!This place is a disaster and I requested a discount but they didn't give it to me. ”

“We had a prepaid reservation. When we arrived there was a note on a closed hotel door saying “ sorry, no vacancy. If made a reservation we will refund you”. Still waiting for an apology on a graduation weekend in a university town and my refund + the difference what I had to pay in a last minute reservation in a hotel. ”
