“Stay was good. Just rooms are really small including the bathroom, housekeeping just comes in and take the garbage out does not change the sheets, pool area is nice, but the gate doesn't work.”

“I stayed 3 nights. I had to calm and request wash clothes for the bathroom as there were none in the room at time of arrival. The next morning I left around 10:00 am and came back late and found my room hadn’t been cleaned/made up, not a huge deal but I had to request coffee for the next morning. The next day I again had to request coffee as it had not been restocked and from what I remember I only had my room visited by the made once during my stay and I did not put the “enjoying the room”...

“False advertisement the pictures of the rooms are not the same as pictures in Expedia and it's a bunch of homeless people staying there and outside all day and night with junk everywhere so it's not the safest and the rooms are beyond disgusting they do the bare minimum of cleaning.Doors don't close all the way and there's broken cabinets and blinds so people can see of ur room.Not worth spending money on a stay here.”

“Found a roach in the room and bugs behind the paintings. My wife and son were there for a baseball tournament. Absolutely disgusting, will never stay there or that brand hotel again, No staff, automated check in, horrible experience.”

“We were delighted to be able to check in early with such a gracious and kind host. We requested extra pillows and received them quickly. The only negatives were the early interruptions in the morning for cleaning while we were clearly still there and the loud AC unit. Otherwise, everything else was great. The beds were comfortable, employees were kind and helpful, and the location was fantastic for us to attend concerts at the Giant Center and Hershy Park Arena. We would definitely stay...
